  1. Please tell me what do you think about wearing weighted vest, with bone on bone hip arthritis? Are weighted vests safe for bone on bone hip arthritis (if they aren't too heavy) , or they can even aggravate condition? Which weight of weighted vest is safe for bone on bone hip arthritis? I'm 56 years old woman in menopause, have got bone on bone hip arthritis and ponder to wear some weighted vest while walking or exercising (it's good for bones/osteoporosis).

    I'm young enough that I don't think I have hip arthritis. Been hyper mobile my whole life in hips. Right now, I can't seem to activate stepping upwards….like stepping up onto a box…left hip pain in the joint and incredible weakness….I can't figure out why, despite working out gently every day

  3. I thank you showing exercise I had total knee replacement which collapsed 2weeks later surgeon said I am not a candidate for revision surgery l also have bone on bone in the hip and stenosis of the spine can you give advise on what I can do for pain and to try and help get a bit moreoblity
