  1. Studying my own case, i would say if meds don't work, why not begin with a proper lifestyle….anti inflammation. Its working for me so far, no meds. AIP diet + intermittent fasting + some supplements like Vit D in winter, fish oil, turmeric…it works for now. in the futur, if I need meds, it will work better.

  2. My doctor confirmed me psoriatic artherities….
I have got severe joint pain attack, but no psoriasis in skin…
    My father has psoriasis skin…
Based on father ,doctor told me psoriatic artherities…..

  3. I'm dealing with this for the last two years here's my two cents:

    1. This deceased needs 2 critical factors, stress and poor alimentation. Including a diet rich in carbs and gluten, this generated leaky gut and that results in the psoriatic arthritis.
    2. You need to be really consensus about your daily routine, if your work sucks changed, if your food sucks changed, if you don't exercise and go outside changed.
    3. Know these are my tips:
-You need to fix your leaky gut, you need to manage your stress and your diet, like a KETO diet very low in carbs, no gluten, no dairy, nothing that produces inflammation in your body
    4. Take vitamin D3 1000 IU per kg of body weight and k2 , magnesium, curcumin, Omega-3.
    5. Do something that you love and enjoy, in my opinion this crappy deceased is the result of a sad, stressful, depressed and bitter life, and I can say that because the year when this started for me my life was like that.
    6. Just to give you hope, there are a lot of people that put in remission this deceased, but when you hear their stories, they change everything in their lives.

Started methotrexate and humira injection September 2013.
Discontinued methotrexate in August 2022 due to glasss attenuation of the lungs and cyst. Now continues only with the humira injection. The disease is not totally under control. Angioplasty Don in july 2013 stent at LAD . Cataract surgery done December 2023.
