  1. I'm doing all 3 and a lot more but it's progressing, and effecting my pilates and yoga workouts. I have been walking an average of 3.1 miles since I started tracking last August. Taking D3, fresh turmeric, B vitamins, Methylene Blue and I regularly use my FlexBeam (red and IR light) on my wrists and fingers. I have started eating bread and pasta since moving to Europe last year.

  2. wish this were true for any arthritis especially back arthritis. walking and standing kills ya when the arthritis in the back gets worse. you can't slow it down. as you age it will continue to get worse. each person has a different experience and genes. I have been living with it for over 10 years and it does not slow it down but i am glad i kept moving. i am to the point of seriously getting back surgery. and when someone says "did you try everything else" roll your eyes and ask this question " are you serious? do you really think i jumped to have surgery? seriously?"

  3. Well according to Edgar Cayce in addition to good exercise
Good elimination – hence eat leafy vegetables
    Positive attitude
Cleanse your blood – cabbage, teas like chamomile
Take Atomidine – 1 drop Monday 2 drops Tuesday 3 drops Wednesday 4 drops Thursday
5 drops Friday no drops Saturday and Sunday

  4. This is good advice to avoid or delay surgery on my LEFT hip. No pain right now, but I was told by my doc (via the x-rays) that the left hip has some arthritis, too. Thankfully, I'd never know it if I hadn't been told. Once I'm able to get around better after my recent right hip surgery — to be able to walk for a half hour, or even longer, I'm going to get some more weight off to try to prevent my left hip from becoming a problem. No interest in high impact activity, just walking and bicycling.

  5. I am CONVINCED that arthritis, like MANY other human maladies, begins in the gut … the LEAKY GUT. Stop steroids if possible, and begin Dr Gundry's BioComplete3. Give it time. It will make a difference in your arthritis. Better still: Choose LIFE. Choose JESUS. NOW. Time is running out.

  6. I am suffering from osteoarthritis in my hands, wrists, hips and knees. I can barely stand up because of the pain in my hip. I understand the physiology of movement. I was a triathlete for over 400 races. My decline has been so fast, and the pain is so severe. I have an ortho appointment just over a week, I pray I can survive the wrenching pain. What are your thoughts QC Kinetix's?

  7. Why do people always say how great swimming is if you have arthritis? I love swimming. Rotator cuffs are deteriorating. Both shoulders need replacements. I already had one biceps tenodesis and I still have pain. I only swim about a mile at a time and look where I am. Even playing piano is hard. Not weight v bearing but my thumb aches even though I had surgery for basal joint arthritis. Now it’s another joint. My right hand is so deformed from arthritis that I only play with my left hand. Believe me, I try to stay active but the pain is just awful! I had three operations to fuse my lumbar spine and I still need meds C to control the pain and function. Being active doesn’t help. Being inactive doesn’t help.

  8. Best thing that helped my arthritis was avoiding inflammatory foods (soy, gluten, etc.), and occasional fasting. Pain went from an 8 to a 2, and sometimes less. My activity level had very little to do with it. And contrary to what is recommended here, I've had a lot of success with the keto diet. Lots of misunderstanding out there about animal products.

  9. Hello my name is Teresa 63 years old yesterday I found out that I have arthritis in two my hands and shoulders I am in big pain but still I'm doing a lot of stuff I don't give up.dr sant me for physical therapy what ous I have to do to be free with pain

  10. Have you guys experience with red light therapy for joint pain? Apparently there is evidence that it can help pain and inflamation, but is that a good thing. Isn't inflamation good in that it is the body's repsonse to an injury and it's designed to deliver nutritinand repair to the joint? Really interested in the science an wheter these devices (which can be quite expensive) are worth it?
