आज इस वीडियो में Dr Girish Kakade (Consultant Rheumatologist), आर्थराइटिस (Arthritis) क्या होता है? Ghutno ke dard ka ilaj (Arthritis Treatment in Hindi) इस विषय पर महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी देनेवाली है। तो जानते है (Arthritis) क्या होता है? आर्थराइटिस का कारण और treatment कैसा किया जा सकता है।
गठिया/Arthritis क्या होता है?
गठिया/Arthritis जोड़ों की सूजन व दर्द से जुड़ा रोग है। जिसको गठिया या संधिवात कहा जाता है। Joint pain, arthritis का मुख्य कारन होता है।
Arthritis दो प्रकार के होते है (Types of arthritis)
– उम्र के हिसाब से जोड़ो में घिसाव होना जैसे की hip join , हातो के जॉइंट्स जो 50 की उम्र के बाद होने लगते है।
– जोडमें सूजन आना याफिर stiffness लगना जिसे Inflammatory arthritis कहा जाता है।
Inflammatory arthritis
हमारी जो Immune System (रोगप्रतिकार शक्ति) का काम होता है की हमारे शरीर में जो भी bacteria आ जाए उसके खिलाफ लड़ना। इस immune system के पास एक प्रकार का mechanism होता है जिससे वह अपने शरीर का cell और बहार से आया हुआ cell पहचान सकते है। लेकिन कभी कभी उस mechanism में खराबी आ जाती है उसके वजह से immunity खुदके शरीर के cells को ही बहार वाला समझ के attack कर देती है। उसीको autoimmune condition कहा जाता है और Inflammatory arthritis उसी का भाग है। Inflammatory arthritis में 100 से ज्यादा अलग अलग प्रकार होते है। ये इस्पे निर्भर करता है की कोनसे cell में खराबी है और इसके अलग अलग लक्षण हो सकते है।
Arthritis के प्रकार
Rheumatoid arthritis , psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis ये लक्षण दीखते है।
– कोई भी viral infection होने के बाद लोगोके जोड़ पकड़ते है , सूजन आती है कभी कभी कुछ हफ्ते या मेहेनो तक यह तकलीफ रहती है। इसे Post-viral arthritis कहा जाता है।
Arthritis Symptoms
घिसाववाला arthritis वृद्धवस्था में होनेवाला arthritis है। इसमे ज्यादातर चलने वजह से या सीढिया ऊपर निचे करने से घुटनो में दर्द हो सकता है। Inflammatory arthritis में जोड़ो में सूजन रहती है और तकलीफ सुबह ज्यादा रहती है और यह जकड़न आधे घंटे से ज्यादा रहती जो सामान्य नहीं है। अगर आपको यह symptoms है तो आपको डॉक्टर की सलाह लेनी चाहिए। इस बीमारी को treat करने वाले डॉक्टर को Rheumatologist कहते है। अगर arthritis के लक्षण है तो उन्हें आगे evaluate किया जाता है जिसमे कुछ blood test , x-ray किया जाता है जिससे इस बीमारी का निदान किया जाता है और उसपे treatment की जाती है।
Arthritis Treatment
लोगो में गलतफेमि है की अगर गठिया हो जाए या गठिया की बीमारी चालू हो जाए , तो उसको अच्छी treatment नहीं है। यह बोहोत पुरानी बात है , अभी diagnosis होने के बाद treatment से आप पूरी तरह से ठीक हो सकते हो। इसमें अलग अलग तरीके की के दवाइया आती है जिसमे गठिया के स्तर के हिसाब से ये दवाइया दे जाती है। तीन महीने में एक बार blood test करके गठिया/arthritis कितना control में देखा जाता है। Arthritis के treatment में 98-99% लोगो को , दवाइयों के कोई side effects नहीं होते और side effects हुए भी तो डॉक्टर्स उन दवाइयों का dose change करके दे देते है।
लेकिन अगर Arthritis treatment समय पे न हो तो जो जोड़ में सूजन बानी रहती है, वो जोड़ धीरे धीरे ख़राब होने लगता है।
Arthritis के लिए घरेलु उपाय
-अगर जोड़ो में दर्द हो तो, Ice pack का इस्तमाल करे ।
-जिस जोड़ में सूजन ही उसको आराम देना चाहिए।
अगर ये करने के बाद भी सूजन कम नहीं हो रही है तो फिर patient को डॉक्टर के सलाह लेनी चाहिए।
