  1. What about Stevia? I wish you took online patients. I live in an area with no rheumatologists. I have RA, Psoriatic Arthritis, Osteo and probably Sjögrens Syndrome. Just a mess!

    Ideea este ca nu prea poti trai cu…"aer " si numai cu restrictii
    A cercetat cineva cum si din ce ( resturi !)se produce uleiul de peste?? 😢🙊cu cate antibiotice e injectat somonul din crescatoriile din Norvegia🙉sunt filme pe internet- le am urmarit in Olanda
    Apoi… si in dieta meditareeana se folosesc multe rosii,ardei,vinete etc- !
    Am cumparat dovlecei in Olanda si….sunt plini de plastic! I am curatat de coaja si am ramas 3 zile cu plasticul lipit de palme…am inca fotografiile.
    Habar nu avem ce consumam.😢🙊 Parca TOTUL este gandit pentru a ne distruge..sincer😢
    Pana si aerul ce l respiram e infectat( numai vorbesc de toate insecticidele,
    pesticidele,
    ingrasamintele chimice folosite in agricultura,in sere etc,etc)
    Cat despre medicamente…pe langa singura substanta /EXEMPLU – VITAMINA C de care ai nevoie apar inca 3-4-5 substante nedorite:celuloza microcristalina,polivinil !crospovidon,dioxid de siliciu,talc ,alcohol,
    umectanti ( acestea toate numai pentru Vitamina C / la Golden Naturals !!etc..etc
    CITITI toate etichetele cu mare ATENTIE !) Nu am mai numit produsele cosmetice,pasta de dinti,detergentii folositi la spalarea vaselor,rufelor…😢😢😢
    Dat is de REALITEIT 😢

  3. I don't eat any meat, fish or poultry. Mostly legumes, cheese, all fruits & veggies and bread. Love basmati rice & never drink dairy. Is a completely non- carnivore diet sustainable for RA? I am recently diagnosed and in a boatload of pain every day.

So no more restaurants, bars once in a while, no more ice-cream, Coca-Cola, cakes, bread once a week(very hard to weed off it), lactose-free milk?, steaks once a week?, replace salt with seasoning, and only unprocessed cheese. Mygod, that's a tall list, a real challenge. So many goodies you have to get rid of.

  5. sugar is bad.. i've heard this from a little girl.. even me it is hard to take away sweetened food.. and also white rice, white bread.. oh! no! it is true.. what you eat is what you are.. watching you from Philippines thank you so much for this video.. my hubby is suffering now from gout..

  6. Last year I was diagnosed with Polymyalgia Rheumatoid by Mayo Clinic. I've been tapering the steroids but now I have experienced it getting worse again. Will your book help me or is it more so for people with RA?

  7. 4 foods caused inflammation for me: high salt foods and anything fried, both of which were mentioned in the video, and also dark chocolate and certain kinds of nuts, especially walnuts and almonds (but not peanuts or coconut.) It was very clear. 1 – 3 hours after eating any of those things my joints would swell up. I tried eliminating nightshades and the other things mentioned in the video, but that had no effect on me.

    Broccoli, mushrooms, high fiber foods, and vitamin D helped reduce inflammation.

  8. . i noticed that when i make a fist my middle finger will not straighten out if if spread the hand out again . could that be the beginning of rheumatoid arthritis ? i am 80 years old .
