  1. Omg this was so helpful! Been struggling with a LOT of lower back pain. Tends to happen when I have a few days off and don't go out for a day or two. It's been getting really bad, and this helped so much!! It's been aching all day today and I finally have some relief! Thank you so much! Will definitely be returning here to do these again.

  2. Thank you so much for posting these stretches! I barely bent over to pick up a very light bag and my back seized up. I am recovering from a major surgery four weeks ago and can do these stretches lying down . I Really appreciate you! ❤❤

  3. Been going thru physical therapy since January working to recover from a rear-end car accident. I had made a lot of progress and was almost back to a normal life. Caught a very bad cold w cough. During a coughing fit my back seized up and I heard an audible crunch from right above my tail-bone. My pain is hella severe now and my mobility has been compromised. It’s videos like these that I rely on to get out of bed in the morning and warm up enough to get loose for my day. I work to support the unsheltered of my city to get re-housed and to provide essential resources and transportation so they can get to appointments. I cannot work remote or others will suffer. Thank you for this content. It really helps and enables me to go into work to provide services to my community. God bless you❤

  4. I watched this video a couple of days ago and had to come back to thank you. I'd been having mild lower back pain that just wasn't going away for weeks, if not a couple of months. After doing these the first time I felt relief, and this morning I'm feeling no pain at all. Thanks again!
