3 exercises for foot arthritis, foot pain from a physical therapist

Painful or stiff feet?

Here are two movements that can help to loosen up your feet and making activities like walking easier ✅

Your foot is made up a bunch of small bones and muscles. These movements help to work these small muscles to give your foot more support.

Muscle support acts sometimes like your shoes do. Giving your arch and the rest of your foot needed support 🙌🏼

If these feel good to you, do them when you remember- watching tv, sitting in the car, sitting at your desk, etc.

Try for 8-10 repetitions of each as long as they feel good 🙌🏼

Repeat up to 3 times throughout the day 💪🏽

  1. Solid moves in this clip really helps loosen up my feet after long days on hard floors. I’ve also been pairing stretches like these with 30-minute ionic foot spa sessions. I got mi ne from Healifeco using code DETOX25 doesn’t fix everything, but eases the ache so much better

  2. Wow this helped my foot pain immediately after 3 sets. I been having foot pain for so long I figured its just cause I walk too much but I think it could have been arthritis pain. I'm only 26!. Thanks!

  3. I am 86, and have always had trouble with my feet. I have very high arches, and each foot is a little different. One
Of my physical therapists suggested some exercises, but not these. I will add these to continue having good support. I have orthopedic shoes and insoles, and have had little help over the years. Now that I found help like you. It's making a difference. Thank you.

  4. I just tried this and I literally could not do it. I was telling my big toe to lift up and then the others but nothing happened and then after a minute or so it started to happen and it’s becoming more easier to do. It feels good! Will this help with Morton’s neuroma / metatarsal pain?
