  1. A somebody who’s watched the dwindling light of empire die the same sad, lonely death, only to roar back again with great force and greater brutality, I greatly appreciate these exercises. They help me forget the years uncounted I’ve craved the taste of mortality

  2. The best thing I've found for back health and pain relief is inversion tables. It's actually for me miraculous, not only pain relief but it straightened my spine, my left shoulder for years was lower than my right. It was a very uncomfortable feeling but now they are even and straight. Chronic pain in my left knee that I've had for a decade where I could not run or jog because of the pain, completely went away. And that was all from hanging just a minute a day for a week.

  3. Thanks for this video. As a student, I spend almost the whole day seated studying, and it kills my back due the unpleasant position. I've noticed pains especially on the highest part of my back, behind my neck, and it happens frequently. I'll start to do these exercises to don't lose my back before my 20s, lol.
