  1. Can you do a video on taping for hypermobility in finger joints? I use silver ring braces, but my fibro makes that difficult daily. I'd like to tape some days to avoid the overextension – any tips?

  2. My mom is 80 she has osteoarthritis but one of her fingers specifically is a little deformed in the middle and she cant bend it at all because its too painful😞 I took her to a rheumatologist she said injections might not help to give her OT. But she cant bend it at all idk what it could be😢

  3. I have a sort of unique way of loosening up my fingers in the morning. I take slime ( yes what children use to squish😂) I have found that by squishing it loosens my fingers. I don't know if it promotes blood flow or loosens the joints. All I know is it really helps me and thought it may help someone else. I've also found doing dishes in the am with extra warm dishwater. I guess it's the same as doing exercises in warm water, but why not get some household chores done while helping your fingers out, right?!😂
