  1. Dr Girnita, I thank you for sharing this important information. I admire your special dedication to your medical practice and study and your commitment to other important areas in your life- family and caring about others. God bless you and your family with good health, protection, divine guidance, great peace and joy.

  2. 19:02 It is also important to never take turmeric raw. Raw turmeric has a poisonous effect and does not have the actual healing effect. So, similar to coffee or tea, you have to pour turmeric with boiling water for the effect to develop.

  3. I was under the impression that glucosamine and chodroitin helped to “heal” cartilage as a kind of scar tissue replacement. I have been using all your recommended supplements for many months now with really good results. I’ve had an ultra sound scan to assess the effects of Arthritis and the wear and tear on my knee joints. Surely any study done using scan results will reveal any benefits of taking these supplements if a comparison of a scan before and after supplements use.

  4. Forget all this jargon… Yes glucosamine helped my wrist pain. Why? Because it helped clear sugars out of blood that were causing my broken wrist to swell and be very painful.

Cut out all soft drinks energy drinks fruits and processed foods for a few weeks and your swelling inflammation and pain should go down.

  5. I got Rheumatoid Arthritis from 2003 till now iam 57 years now I visited Australia and many doctors but still same my hands position are getting worse. Lately I visited doctors from India in my country and they said they can do operation and fix my hands and legs fingers they will operate and put thin aluminum strings and my fingers will get straight. I just want to asked you is it possible to do operation can get my fingers straight..they will do this in India please reply me I would like to take your advice..

  6. When I had knee surgery on my left knee, the doctor told me my right knee which had surgery when I was 30 and now I am 82 years old at my right knee was worse than my left and in two years I would need surgery In the meantime, he told me to take glucosamine conglomerated I’ve done that till now and my knee is perfect. I’ve never needed surgery so I am a testimony that my taking that supplement is a testimony that it truly works.

  7. I would like to hear about the supplement "cat's claw" and its effect on rheumatoid arthritis ❤️. The video is interesting and I will take some of these supplements to my appointment. 🤍

  8. Vitamin D. Scientists who study rheumatoid arthritis have found that people who have the condition often lack vitamin D. Low levels of this essential nutrient may lead to chronic pain. When you take it as a supplement, it could help your arthritis treatment work better.

  9. I was diagnosed RA in 2019 but i didn't proceed to the prescribed medication from my Rheumatologist I've searched other alternatives bcoz i have liver problem and i have gallstones, i have found the Holistic & Integrative Medicine approach with all that natural supplements & the Ozone treatment therapy.
