  2. Hello. I just tried this one and whilst I could manage it my hip flexors are immensely tight as are my hamstrings. Can you recommend any of your videos that might help me with my extremely tight muscles ? Thanks.

  3. Ive been trying to find stretches for sciatic pain. By the time we got to the feet flexes, it was instant release. Maybe the timing and order of stretches did it – but amazing!

  4. Just wanted to stop by and say I really enjoyed these stretches! I’ve got really bad arthritis, but I’m only 20 so I often forget to take it easy because of my illness. So I really appreciate when instructors take time to remind you not to push yourself too hard/modify poses as necessary. Helps me remember to listen to my body❤️

  5. This helped me notice how I need to stretch more because the pointing of my feet bothered me n that never happened to me before. Also the hugging myself with appreciation really soothed my soul. Thank you for this I will do this daily . Your voice is also nurturing thank you greatly Queen ❤
