I’ve been in and out of the hospital for the past 3 weeks. Major pain joints feel like I got hit by a truck. The doctors said I had past history of fibromyalgia. I’ve asked my doctor for years something is off always tired always in pain. I’m 48 with a 6 year old lower back fusion. My temp is anywhere from 100.0 to 103.7. The hospital just sent me home again yesterday with no answer?

❤Tank you so much❤
Thank you doctor for the valuable information.
Hello doc, i just want to ask i have a osteoarthropathy in my knee, it is related to rheumatoid arthritis?
My 3rd metacarpal surgery was done 2 months ago…. from that day swelling, pain, Stiffness is continuing in my hand …. Is it RA ?
Your information is the best I have found on RA. Thank you so much for helping so many of us with RA. You are a true caring doctor.
I'm burned out 😞
Just started on biological drugs last month. Hope it gets better. Been untreated for many years.
I'm currently having issue with my feet, knees. I woke up one morning with very delicate and slightly painful ankles and toes. It was uncomfortable to walk and only got worse as I got moving. I thought it may have been some sort of gout attack, but my hands are also uncomfortable. I'm not really sure if I have arthritis because I'm 37, but it does seem odd to me that one day I woke up to this. It's been a week and it hasn't gone away.
My rheumatologist decided that I should be off meds and manage my own inflammation. He gave me Lyrica to cope with pain. I’m not sure if this is the right decision. Please advise if I should get a second opinion. Thank you.
Thank you
The pain and fatigue are the kicker with RA. Anyone else here fantasise about their relatives experiencing what we do for a short period of time so they can get it? What we feel isn't just tiredness. It's neurologically altering brain fog whereby we are living in some kind of proverbial limbo, between being asleep and awake. I have pain dreams which wake me up, and the dry eyes are currently under control with drops. Wish there were a solution for the fatigue, even when my inflammation markers are lowering, the ongoing fatigue seems to linger.
I don’t know what I have. All my Blood tests are negative.
Last year I had food poisoning, then a cascade of problems appeared, first terrible chronic acid reflux, diarrhea then a month later my joints started to hurt. Ever since then my joints bother me the most, my hips, my fingers, my spine are in pain.
I am a 32 year old male, borderline underweight. I notice sometimes food triggers my joints pain it also comes together a diarrhea episode.
I don’t notice any swelling or redness at the joints though. I don’t have any eye irritation or fevers.
My joints became so weak, couple months ago it was hard to walk up the stairs. Sometimes my flareups disappear for a week or so and my joints hurt less.
My fingers hurt often even while just hold a phone. 😢
I am really struggling everyday. I am waiting for my next doctors appointment. Do any of these symptoms sound like RA?
Thank you, I am diagnosed with SJOGRENS SYNDROME , having joints problem both hands and fingers are tingling and numbness all the way foot while walking.
I don’t know if I have RA or Lyme arthritis. I have been suspicious about both for a while but I just had something that happened that made me really convinced it’s probably RA. I woke up and had such bad pain in my left knee I couldn’t walk and it was extremely sore. Then I noticed a couple of days later both knees were painful and swollen but what really threw me for a loop was my wrist. My wrist was so sore I couldn’t open a medicine bottle or Gatorade bottle. I just noticed an awful bruise on my wrist. I was tested by a rheumatologist a couple of years ago but she said the tests came back negative but she also said unless I was in the middle of a flair she wouldn’t really know. I don’t know what to do or where to turn but this has been so debilitating and awful. I can’t even get to the toilet when I wake up until I get some meds in me and then attempt to.
My aunt struggled with rheumatoid arthritis for years, but after just three months with IAFA Ayurveda’s natural solutions, she experienced complete relief. The holistic approach transformed her life, alleviating pain and improving her overall health. She’s incredibly thankful for this effective, natural remedy!
My knee is inflammed hence I have difficulty in walking. Is it ok to undergo aspiration to remove fluid on my knee.
New subscribers from Philippines with RA 8 months now

What about random energy crashes in the middle of the day? For example, get up at 8:30, do some stuff—but nothing strenuous, and then at 1pm start to get so tired you could fall asleep while standing.
If your hands end up like this having seen a rheumatologist I suggest that you sue the doctor. I have listened to some of this physicians blogs and I will rate a five out of ten. Because of medical incompetents I was very ill in 2004. Dr. Delacruz determined that I had Rheumatoid Arthritis. The tests he ran were bone density, heart with contrast, bloodlabs, RF positive, ANA positive, ESR Westergren positive. The reason he ordered the RA bloods was due to 1. Above the high calcium. Every other doctor in Sanilac County ignored this. Delacruz stated that this was incorrect and my calcium was actually below normal. Also he ran vitamin D deficiency until he gained the result that he was sure that was the truth. Delacruz prescribed citrical with D, 3-ensures a day and 3 bottles of purified water a day. Three weeks later he retested my vitamin d and calcium and he was 100% correct. Vitamin D deficiency and calcium below the normal limits. He than sent me to DR. Bryan rheumatologist in Port Huron. This man agreed with Delacruz. He ruled out sojrens and lupus by removing my saliva glands. I only test when the rheumatoid arthritis is active positive RF, ESR Westergren, ANA when I am so sick that as Delacruz put good thing you got here before you died. I'll say. Majors medical mispractice in Sanilac County MI. Also, I have osteopenia spine with some degenerative disc disease in four locations, likewise hips, right side of neck stated osteo arthritis and right knee osteo arthritis. It is all due to Rheumatoid. You get sick and the doctors don't want to give you an antibiotic until you are better it kicks the rheumatoid arthritis out of dormancy. If you have a good doctor he will get you to all negatives and keep you that way. If not you will end up crippled and dead. Don't try to work. The drugs they give you do not put the rheumatoid to dormancy but listening to your body will. Now I may not have a degree as this woman does but I do have rheumatoid arthritis as this woman does not. I suggest you look for a doctor whom doesn't have readily available a diagnosis that has been bought and paid for. Unfortunately two grand doctors Delacruz and Bryan are deceased.

Yes, yes …joint pain, etc, etc, etc. yes corporal tunnel in left side. Dry eyes notice at night mostly, (but probably menapause), after showers the worst! One day on three days rest, sadly I have drive (my brain works) but my body needs to rest. Yes joint pain ruins my sleep (painful toss and turn to get comfortable). Argh, now what?
Hi
My hands doesn’t
Closed completely and hurts and I got swelling the doctor thinks is trigger finger but one my right hand my finger doesn’t lock and my right hand it’s hurts and my finger lock and my hand numb and I have a thinglin sensation so I’m confused
How does tooth infection cause RA? I currently have gum abscess. My face and neck are swollen and neck lymph nodes seem tender. The face swelling is going down after staring oral antibiotics… i am still currently experiencing the other sx mentioned though like bilateral carpal tunnel, bilateral shoulder stiffness, bilateral knee joint stiffness and migratory symptoms. It’s been like this for 3 weeks now every day.
So respect your channel, and have subscribed to hear more re: RA. 2yrs ago I woke up one morning with an onset flare of RA — intense. From nothing to everything overnight. My life has crumbled with inadequate treatment (due to lockdowns at first). After lengthy prednisone, I''m now on hydroxychoriquine (not working) and looking forward to Methodextrate (in CA we have to undergo a system of treatments……) It was your methodestrate video that caught my eye. Interesting about the fatigue, daily functions suffering dramatically and overall pain – not just in the joints.
But from perfect to RA overnight is just too weird, right??
Hi madam i am also problem as my all body pain my medicine im adulammab no work the medicine what can do
I have all the symptoms of RA and my joints have been increasingly painful the past several weeks. I went to my GP and found my ESR levels were high but all other blood tests were normal so she said I didn’t have it… is it possible to have RA with normal blood tests? I'm frustrated because my doctor won't help me figure this out.
Very helpful video
Hi Dr Diana. I have a question hopefully you can give me some clarifications. Incidentally during a health screening I found that my RF levels were more than 100. Had no clue on why was it so.. I have zero stiffness or any signs which you have stated in this video. My ESR and CRP levels are within normal range. Does it mean that I will be diagnosed with RA? I am really worried
