FINDINGS:
L5-S1 level shows partial disc dehydration and significant focal central and left paracentral disc herniation causing moderate left lateral recess stenosis and
traversing nerve root impingement on same side. Normal curvature of the lumbosacral spine noted.
Normal vertebral alignment noted.
No disc dehydration seen at other levels.
No disc herniation, neural foraminal encroachment or exiting nerve roots impingement seen at other levels.
Ligamentum flavum and facet joints are normal.
No evidence of spinal stenosis.
Spinal cord is terminating normally at L1/2 level.
Vertebral bodies show normal heights and signals.
Pre and paravertebral soft tissues are normal.
CONCLUSION:
L5-S1 level shows partial disc dehydration and significant focal central and left paracentral disc herniation causing moderate left lateral recess stenosis and traversing nerve root impingement on same side.
Rest of the scan is unremarkable.
Would recommend neurospinal surgery opinion.

Doctor thanks , i have a buldged disc. Due to this i am getting pain in legs , numbness in toes , and unable to sit and walk. Went for physio, did exercises but no relief. It's been now 8 months still in pain. Don't know what to do?
