  1. None of these work! The government needs to quit acting as if this pain is manageable every single day with otc medicine and all this other crap. I’ve tried them all. Government is loving when the whole world is turning to street drugs. Someone is making a mint!!

  2. I've been taking magnesium pills and on the worst days turmeric spice in a stew or in spaghetti. Been taking them for years, but b4 that was on a light dose of opioid and a pain killer (prescribed) which did not help for very long.

  4. I m 51 years old and living with Rheumatoid Arthritis, best way to avoid inflammation, swelling and stiffness its best to stop consumption of Meat Products, Dairy Products, Baked Items, Liquor Items, Smoking and sugar intake in the form of Tea, Coffee. In my region the required supplements are not access in the pharmacy or market. Changes in living style and foods habits has tremendously changed. Early morning yoga with whole body firm stretch is helping to heal the stiffness.

I dont care to use that diclofen. It really hasn't helped my hands at all. Also ,if you do use it, do not put it on to many different spot on your body at one time ! It is STRONG, I did that one time and it's been awhile and can't remember exactly how I felt at the time but, I DO KNOW that it wasn't a good thing, I do remember that my heart was fluttering and it was a bit scary for me. So ,i never did that again ! 😮 my hands are so darn bad. They are so swollen and unreal pain. Changes your life style for sure.
