I am dying in pain
Seed oils, sugar in any form, processed foods!
Very true about the unhealthy salt.
I noticed that when I eliminate all types of caffeine, refined sugar, milk products and all grains even gluten-free ones my pain is less. It takes too long to heal. It really does but it is worth it. The body should heal much more quickly. 🤣🌺🙏

Hi , I’m a new subscriber. My ankles get super swollen they hurt they feel like if I twisted my ankle. The same with my wrists. Can you give me an advice ?
According to my experience
Keep RA under control by following the following tips:
1. Hot water (one glass after waking up and one glass before bed…to enhance metabolic rate)
2. Sun soaking (walk in sun with oiled hair for 30 mins everyday…to improve Vit D…Vit D betters bone health)
3. Barefeet walking (on wet grass or beach or plain ground for 30 mins everyday….earth element corrects your vata Dosha, RA is amavata a/c to ayurveda)
4. Moon soaking (Sit in moonlight for 30 mins every night, moon cycles influence hormonal changes, hormonal balance is crucial to control RA)
5. Ginger tea (Leave one spoon grated ginger in one glass hot water for 10 mins and consume it on empty stomach…or before bed…ginger is anti inflammatory and it reduces swelling and joint pain)
6. Consume anti inflammatory foods like pomegranates, pineapple, Kalonji(Nigella seeds), moringa leaves, raw onion, raw turmeric, garlic, black pepper, saunf(Fennel seeds), Til (Sesame seeds) etc in every meal.
7. Apply castor oil mixed with sesame oil on inflamed joints, and apply a heat compress, for pain relief. Also apply a few drops on your navel every night before bed)
8. Intermittent fasting (Eat only between 10 AM and 6 PM, preferably plant based food high in fibre and protein, like vegetables and dals. Avoid white rice and wheat. Include lots of millets)
9. Deep breathing, box breathing or 478 breathing for 20 mins everyday, preferably after waking up or before bed. Breathing reduces oxidative stress.
10. Avoid toxic people and problematic situations as a rule. Health first, everything else next.
This is a tried and tested, fool proof list of remedies for keeping RA under check.
Happy healing. ❤
Hi I’m still in the diagnosis phase but family history and other contributing facts suggest the answer will be rheumatoid. The only food I question was already mentioned but not in the sourdough form and that is rye sourdough bread? I live on the border of NSw/Victoria in rural Australia and we have a bakery that only bakes all different types of sourdough but the special rye is the best but I will give it up if I have to?
Do you have rheumatoid arthritis doctor? I have arthritis. Not known yet if it's RA. I have eliminated mostly all sugars and processed foods. I also have hypothyroidism and fibromyalgia. 😢
Thanks for this information. Very interesting.❤

Here it will explain how if our body was acidic due to bad foods and how we need to keep alkaline for health….. this is something more to be explained rather than just eat your greens….
