For a 2-stroke engine, integrate a CVT gearbox between the engine belt pulley and supercharger to enable instant high boost from idle. Add a second supercharger to extract exhaust gases from BDC ports encircling the cylinder.
Post-combustion, the piston descends to BDC, uncovering exhaust ports (1 cm width from the piston's lowest point to its uppermost edge).
Dual superchargers then force-scavenge air before the piston rises 1 cm (port width).
The piston ascends; intake supercharger delivers desired boost.
Intake valves close once boost is achieved; piston compresses for next combustion.
Two-cycle operation.

❤❤❤❤ amazing
Wrap Kinesio tape firmly round your joints, it will ease your pain very effectively. No need for medicine.
My doctor told me that it's not a chronic disease and that I should tell myself, first thing in the morning, "I'm in great health!" and tell myself the same thing before going to bed. And it'll make it all better again. Yep, a doctor with a medical degree. And the same thing applies to my other chronic illnesses, like diabetes and close to 50 years of migraines. Just think happy thoughts. Wow, wish I'd known that years ago.
Medical student watching in 2025; Were there any changes to the 2014 NICE guidelines, with respect to making the diagnosis and also the management? Awesome video btw.
I have this I get pain in. Middle of knee cap and pain in hips I also had colapsing of knee many falls
Thank you for this informative video. I am an 84 yr. Female with osteoarthritis in my spine and use a heat treatment every morning and whenever I have worked very hard, lifting, walking over 1 mile in my big house. I uaw to receive steroid injections, but they became so expensive, and only use Tylenol when my pain is unbearable. Eat healthy and am aware of how to control my pain, but intend to save this video. My grandmother had it so badly, mother nothing. But I am grateful for my long life.
Good basics
This is crap.
Yes I found it both informative interesting and very helpful. Thanks.
If osteoarthritis leads to wear out of bone cartilage won’t constant exercises cause more damage ..? Or break
The video is very useful, thank you
I had really bad aches and pains in my whole hands. Both hands for over 3 months it was a massive struggle to even brush my teeth just simple daily tasks.
After the 3 months nodules have grown next to my knuckles. I get really bad pain in my knees after a 30 minute walk im only 34. Just confused as blood tests came back saying no RA.
Why don't you advocate calcium supplemtation with vitamin k2 to strengthen the bones?
Mahu tanya… Saya jarang berjalan kemana mana, saya sentiasa duduk di rumah, apabila saya keluar jalan, tempurung lutut saya terasa longgar dan menimbulkan rasa tidak selesa

As per the current nice guidelines first line is the topical nsaids. It advises not to advice paracetamol or weak opiods unless it's for a short time. I need to look if capsaicin has been mentioned in nice cks.Thank you for your amazing video as always.
The treatment section at 7:10 gave me hope. It’s great to know there are so many options
