  1. This guy knows what he talking about. Here in 2025 where many doctors or physical therapists don’t give any helpful advice or even know where your pain is coming from. I had a doctor for over a year who was giving me the wrong diagnosis.

  2. I had a phone consultation with a physio the other day and she thinks I'm either experiencing facet joint pain or disc pain. My pain happens most when I do movements like the Cat pose, childs pose and hip tilts (digging back into the ground).

I continue to do these movements in hope that it will eventually help as I've only just started but I'm worried that they're exacerbating the root back pain cause.

  3. I'm Here lumber arthritis since 2/3 years " I had a excess lumber lordosis which caused arthritis on the lumber spine and that time I cant even able to pick up anything directly from the ground ,.I cant explain that pain , But it's been 7 months doing these kind of exercises daily 2 times and my 90% all pain gone I can now fully bend forward with alsmost no pain " It is important to not bend backward and always corect your anterior pelvic tilt "

  4. DEAR SIR, I WOULD LIKE TO REQUST YOU TO UPLOAD DETAIL VEDIO OF ROOT CAUSE / IMBALANCE OF SWAY BACK POSTURE, SYMPTOMS & EXERCISE TO BE DONE TO GET RID OF SWAY BACK POSTURE. I HAVE STUDIED SWAY BACK DEFORMITIES IN ORTHOPEDIC PHYSICAL ASSESMENT BY DAVID. J MAGEE BUT IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND BY COMMON PEOPLE LIKE US.

  5. Im only just 41….been living with this pain for 15yrs. Its so extreme today i cant even stand up. I feel like crying. This is no life for anyone!!!! I feel sometimes that i must be a bad person or that i am cursed. I wouldnt wish this sort of pain on an enemy honestly. The doctors here dont want to know either, its awful. The only thing that gives me a tiny bit of relief is a very hot bath or hot water bottle.

Every morning i wake up and pray. I hope for a better day than the last and it seldom is.😢im tired.

  6. Two weeks ago I injured myself at the gym. I went in the ER for intense pain & numbness, right superior sacrum to Pevic crest and a narrow band inferiorally. ER diagnosis was "sprain". I followed up with a Orthopedic visit. An MRI Pevis (att'n: sacroiliac joint- R/O avulsion) was ordered & showed severe lumbar facet arthrosis R>L. O.A. is not surprising since I've had 2 hips replacement due to O.A. I discovered flexation of my spine eased the deep pain and the exercises in this video do indeed help. But I'm still with skin numbness & pain. With some research & a background as a Radiographer, I suspect some nerve involvement (superior gluteal or cluneal)? Skin hurts to the touch & "burns". It really hurts. I'm still not sure how to proceed.

  7. Hi all, I had a medial brach chain nerve block procedure around 4 months ago.
It's worked well to be fair, just wondering if there are any specific exercises, physio I could be doing to assist it?
I can't seem to find anything specific to the procedure anywhere.
    Thanks

  8. My pain is contrary .. when i extend backwars no pain.. when i go forward with the column pains .. is normal? My resonance says have degenerative disc disease and my doctor says its facet join… its related but have this question
    srry english

  9. Thanks, I’m scheduled for 3 injections into my facets (lumbar/sac). Dr suspects some liquid buildup in the lower facet joints. These exercises make sense and I will begin regimen. PS: I’m 82, 6’1”, 190. Pretty much fitness guy most of my life. Within last 2- years, back, glute, back of leg accuse pain causing lassitude.

  10. I have multi-level moderate degenerative facet arthropathy as well as a tiny disc protrusion at the L5-SI level without significant nerve root impingement. Wouldn't back bending be good for me?
