  1. Unfortunately a lot of these created alot of pain making this video a bad fit for my particular injury. I think if you are in an extreme exacerbation of back pain that would make you a bit to far gone for this video

  2. These stetches would send you to surgery. You are weakning the tissues. And causing more compression with some exercices.Back pain root cause is not the low back at all. If you are not taking pressure off the low back and protect your spine with core exercices you will still forever in pain. Some exercices to try : dead bug – bear hold – hip hinge – squats – marching bridge. Back lunges. Don't forget about hip and ankle mobility

  3. THANK YOU! THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!!! Just two days since I started two of your suggested stretches…, and my lower back and left side of the butt feel way better. My back even made a couple of big "clicks," which I know are a positive sign of muscles and bones becoming more relaxed. THANK YOU!!!!

  4. I'm so sorry, I know that can be miserable. Get your doctor's approval first, and then start up on this routine. If it gives you any consultation, these stretches helped me a lot, just make sure & get medical clearance before you try any exercises/stretches. I hope you get feeling better soon.

  5. I had a bout of that one time that was so bad that I could barely walk for about 1 month. It was completely terrifying. Get your doctor's approval first, but these stretches have really worked wonders for me.
