Hi dr.Girnita thanku so much for ur advice it help m a lot.I was diagnose with RA since2015 im taking sulfasalasin,methotrexate folic acid hydrocloxin,buti it was replaced od Rinboque cause hydrocloroquin make my face dark,thats why the changes into rinboque can u advice m what else do i need to add for my meds sometimes a fo hav flirups gdbless and hav a pleasant gdmorning to all thnku.

  2. Leider ist mein Problem eine KieferEntzündung (RANTES/NICO). Das Entfernen ist sehr sehr teuer, kann ich nicht bez. Also weiterleben mit starken Schmerztabletten😢

    What do you think about delta tocotrienol?
    And what i learned is that vitamin K2 should always be taken when we take vit.D3 because is minimising the risk of calcium to clog on the artgeries. What are your thoughts on this?
    Do you kniw what foods are inflamatory and which are not? Would be good to be able to combine a non inflamatory diet with the supplimfnts you are suggesting.

  6. I’ve taken fish oil, turmeric probiotics, multivitamin for years and was recently diagnosed with connective tissue disease. I struggle to see how this has helped as I am so inflamed I can barely move, I don’t eat dairy, or processed foods, tomatoes,I have been trying to eat the Mediterranean diet.
