  2. Thank you so so much for this exercises! I’m in 16 weeks of my pregnancy and I’m straggling with low back pain for few weeks now. I’m pretty sure it will help me get better ❤️‍🩹 thank you again and have great day!

  3. I had sudden onset of PGP pain after putting my toddler to bed one night. I couldn't walk or go up/down the stairs for the next two days. It was absolutely horrible! I did all these stretches every 4 hours and after two days the pain was completely gone. I continued doing the stretches every day for a couple weeks and the pain has not returned. I'm a week away from my due date now, and looking forward to an unmedicated birth, which wouldn't be possible without this video Bridget, thank you 🙌

  4. I’m in so much pain now, 29 weeks third baby (35 years old)
So blessed after losing our baby last year, I feel so guilty for complaining but I’m in so much pain now, he feels like he’s going to drop out of my pelvis and the lower back pain and hip pain is too much.

  5. I felt like I was about to go paralyzed with my second pregnancy this morning. I work on my feet and my lower back and pelvis are on fire when I sleep at night. I’m 34 weeks my doctor wants me to have my baby in 5 more weeks I’m in the home stretch.

  6. “Move like a mermaid” omg that’s something a chiropractor showed me years ago and has helped me so much getting up during pregnancy (I’m on #4) it’s nice to know I’m not alone with the pain and that it shouldn’t be normal! Thank you Bridget 🫶

  7. Im 29 weeks & 41 and I just hate sharing my damm queen bed with my man! Turning over left and right each night is so annoying to carry this belly over, it’s so uncomfortable. I will try this! Thank you for making these videos for mothers to have an option that doesn’t come so easy or we have to read through an entire book to learn. I hope it works! 😅

  8. Thank you so much. These exercises didn't help me immediately but I stuck with them every couple days for a couple weeks and I feel so much better at 33 weeks than I did at 31. I can walk again!

  9. The windmill and the bird-dog were the hardest for me to do. But the glute bridge and the seated hip opener worked wonders. Ill work up to doing this more often. The car-cow rocking motion works well too if you dont have a ball.

  10. My SPD has kicked in now at 33 weeks 😢 this is my third pregnancy with a baby girl. I have two sons and when pregnant with them I had SPD the entire pregnancies! So I’m grateful it hasn’t been as long this time but it definitely sucks sometimes I’m a cripple! I will try these exercises.

  11. First, thank you for your videos!
Now in this video you are talking about lower back pain. However, I have upper back pain and I'm not sure if it is related to the pregnancy or not… I hope the movements you recommended will help with that. Thank you 😊
