  1. Listen to your body. I didn't know what was good for my arthritis but my body began craving broccoli, maasbanker fish (horse mackerel) and sardines, berries, various seeds and citrus.

Ginger and turmeric tea is your best friend. Remove sugar from your diet and add as much Omega 3 fats as possible. You'll see a great improvement, especially if you're exercising regularly. ❤

  2. Unfortunately in America it’s extremely difficult to get away from high fructose corn syrup. I wish we would follow the trend of other countries and offer more products, particularly beverages, that don’t have it and have not replaced it with sucralose, which is just as bad and also disgusting. Many of their beverages also tend to have less sugar in general. For example, orange soda in other countries has actual orange juice in it and is far less sweet.

  3. I stopped smoothies and eat whole foods instead. Pulverizing is said to minimize fiber content. Also, high fruit smoothies for breakfast are high in sugar. The body distinguish between fruit sugar and refined cane sugar.

  4. I went to a medical professional about my all over body aches, afraid I had arthritis. She told me to cut out sugar and corn syrup out for a week and come back for follow up. By the fourth day, the aches had reduced, and by the next visit, the symptoms were gone.

  5. I just have a hard time understanding how anything can help my advanced, bone on bone osteo of the knees. When there's nothing left but bone rubbing together, how can any foods benefit??
    Thx for your great videos!

  6. I eat lots of broccoli. Cooked and raw in salad. Not as much blueberries. Walnuts in salads or oatmeal. I eat salmon once a week or less.
I think my worst addiction is Coffeemate. Not the flavored. I use original. Can't find a great substitute.
