  1. I avoided this surgery I think. I have significant strength lose on my right arm, and Im slowly regaining my power as this my improvement was enough for my neurosurgeon to cancel the surgery plans… I almost have no pain either, age 39. A lot of PT, exercises, pregabalin, and MM.

  2. you people are dumb asf and idiots this is not good for your body and you are better off getting chiropractors and natural stretches and exercises that’s why your body is shitty none of you move around or exercise then you think crap like this will help you when no they want you to keep coming back for surgery and taking all their pills if nothing was ever wrong with you the doctor would be out of a job think about what I said

  3. "I was diagnosed with Cervical Myelopathy, but a physiotherapist advised me to enroll in his program and avoid surgery. Initially, I had no numbness. However, after just one week of physio sessions, I experienced a significant decline in motor function in my right hand. The physiotherapist downplayed my concerns.

Unfortunately, I faced another episode of motor function loss, leaving my right hand nearly paralyzed. That's when I realized the gravity of my situation and underwent ACDF surgery on December 26, 2025.

I'm thrilled to report that I'm doing great now, with a 70% improvement in motor function!

My advice to anyone diagnosed with Myelopathy: don't waste time exploring alternative treatments. Surgery may be the most effective way to prevent further damage. In hindsight, I should have heeded my surgeon's advice when I first met him in October. He emphasized the urgency of surgery to prevent irreversible damage. I hope my experience can serve as a cautionary tale for others."

  4. I will be having 2 of my cervical discs replaced this month. These films are fascinating. The loss of strength and coordination in my left hand has been sneaking up on me to the point where, after I dropped my laptop and cracked the case, necessitating complete case replacement. That was my wake up call. I have 3 wonky lumbar discs too, I wish there was such a thing as doing a lower back disc replacement but it will be internal fixation for me. That one really scares me.
