Ive gotting spine injections for the first time 2 months ago. Im going to get injections again next week. They dont seem to last no more than 2-3 weeks
I've had 4 spine surgeries. Now all I want to do is lay down so my back will not go out again. Its now starting to hurt a lot again.

I'm 6'0. The desks at school (when sitting correctly) have a great distance between the back of the chair and the top of the desk. I have a tendency of either slouching forward or moving in closer in order look down and see better. Any tips?
