Acupressure (Opposite Technique):

Inflammation is an immune reaction! Chronic inflammation over time can lead to serious health problems like cancer, which tends to invade areas of inflammation.

Fibromyalgia involves inflammation that spreads throughout the entire body. Many people with fibromyalgia have it on the right side of the body and also have pain underneath the right rib cage.

Fibromyalgia all over the body is usually caused by a virus that has come out of remission. Viruses such as the Epstein-Barr virus, shingles, and herpes come out of remission when your immune system is weak. Stress is a common trigger because it activates cortisol, which suppresses the immune system.

Lyme disease can cause pain and inflammation in the body and downgrade your ability to use vitamin D. Vitamin D is the most important vitamin for your immune system. It can increase the immune system or bring down an overactive immune system.

More causes of inflammation include the following:
•Old injuries
•Inflammatory oncotaxis
•Food allergies
•High cortisol
•Sugar, starch, and seed oils
•Too much visceral fat
•Insulin resistance
•Autoimmune diseases
•Soy protein isolates
•EMFs
•Certain medications
•Too much iron
•Fibroids

The following remedies may help reduce inflammation in the body:
•Vitamin D3
•L. reuteri probiotics
•Carnivore diet
•Low-carb diet
•Intermittent fasting
•Omega-3 fatty acids
•The opposite technique (acupressure)

  1. Sir in case of autoimmune disease like eczema. U say we have to cut down the white sugars.
But many doctors say that fruits also have sugar.which is not good.pls reply.should we leave them as well??

  2. Ok so the breathlessness with exercise really hit home for me. I've often been amazed and others have noted how breathless I get during sports (namely, Tennis). The intensity is rarely so high yet when we change ends or try to speak between points I am always struggling. I have had my heart checked in various ways but yielded no results, so I d really love to know more about what I could ask the doctor to focus on?

  3. Something that is very overlooked when it comes to inflammation in the body is bread. Bread isn't food, because of how it's produced it creates all sorts of issues in the gut, which in turn causes inflammation in the body.

  4. I’m 66 and was having knee pain and I like weight training 3 x times a week I was trying stretching, knee wraps etc I started intermittent fasting to lose weight and amazingly my knee pain has disappeared !
I can only assume it was inflammation causing the pain

  5. So I've been fighting the following symptoms for the past several years. My family doctor and my dermatologist have been unable to help with anything they can think of prescribing.

    Itchy skin
    Itchy Scalp
    super brittle fingernails
    sore neck
    migraines
    brain fog

I started looking for things to help myself instead.

Collogen – fingernails now strong enough to use as a screwdriver again, skin no longer itches

Magnesium – got rid of my migraines, neck pain, and brain fog

only issue left is my itchy scalp.

I started digging into what can cause those things. After much research, I believe I figured it out….. drinking way way way too much diet sodas.

    Who would have thought…..

I haven't felt this good in years. I can clearly think and concentrate again even.

  6. @dr berg Are you still taking 50 000 iu of d3? I take it almost everyday but I get so much criticism of people about the dose being too high. I think I will just keep my mouth shut. I cant seem to take less my fibromyalgia pain is too severe…its about the only thing that gives me some relief. I also take k2 , magnesium and zinc at your recomended dosages along with Omad and low carb diet

  7. That's funny doctor's won't even help me I got to hope every night I be a alive in the morning's my sinus infection just keeps getting worse I got so much inflammation in my saliva and in my nose am so tired

  8. Too much iron is bad? What if you have an iron deficiency at the same time you are chronically inflamed? I caught long covid about 2 years ago and I've had this issue, But at the same time I'm dealing with an iron deficiency… What do I do then?

  9. Doctor i have severe osteoporosis. Recently I had shingles then eye infection. Taking vitamin d, c, k. Doctors say my immunity is low. I have severe pain in neck, spine, shoulders. Iam not taking any pain killers only heat pad at night to reduce pain. I cannot turn sides at night as back hurts. I am 58 Yr old woman. What should I do.
