Thank you for this info. I do take methotrexate and I do take folic acid on the days that I don’t take methotrexate, but I don’t understand why I am still so tired….☹️😊
I am 30 , recently i got diagoned with RA, taking methotrexate. i was the most energetic and healthy person in my class since childhood.
Recently i experienced overwhelming sence of tiredness and fatigue, i was fighting against it, pushing myself, self criticising endup into mental and physical breakdown.
I feel alot of relief when i found out its a normal symptoms of RA, thank you for beautiful and empathetic video. Feels alot of relief. Iam not alone.
Thank you Doc! I love how clear your explanations and how accurately you describe fatigue which even I cannot explain

I am at my wits end with my RA. I am tired (all pun intended) of living like this.
What about Brain fog and skips in your concentration.
Does chills and the feeling of fever come with fatigue?
Thank you ❤
I don't know if anybody has the answer to this I hear so much about medications to take. But they're all bad for your liver. Sounds like a no-win situation here and take the medications. And it can ruin the inside of your organs what to do I don't know. Is anybody have any good answers for me today. I have had our RA. For a year. And just been taking ibuprofen for inflammation. In pain. Seems to help. But this also is bad for your liver.??????
Thank you Dr ❤💚 thanks to your channel I am learning how to manage my ra.
Can this work for SLE Lupus too?
is it possible that i have RA? im just 39 y old still single. im suffering in pain with my joiints. my palm and toes are always hot like a fever
I have had RA over 10 yrs and the fatigue will come and go. I walk a lot and just keep moving. I try to go to bed extra early and get extra sleep when I have these bad fatigue episodes.
Most RA medication just made pain and fatigue worse.
Hi I’m wondering if this type of fatigue is normal with all types of rheumatic diseases? I have SAPHO and have extreme exhaustion that comes and goes. It started before any medications. Do you have any videos on the more rare rheumatic diseases? Thanks
❤
Thanks dr. I learn a lot from you how I can manage my RA.
Hello doc, my mum has this type of arthritis she is 40 years old and it has gotten super bad for her, she takes every medication that the doctor reccomends and it does not help, she walks daily for a while but that obly made it worse, and soft workouts have not done much, i massage her leg which helps a bit but yea, and when my mum wakes up when she wakes up she wakes up super stiff, and my mums diet is not anything bad and she eats fruits daily, what should I do? 😢

In my hlab 27 report it said-positive
(The given sample may be homozygous for the hla-b27 allele.)
Test was done by flowcytometry method .
Should i should re test Hla b27?
Wish there was more, doing all that. How do I know if I need to add in more meds? or ways to get inflammation in better control?
