  1. Keto and Carnivore caused so much painful flare up iny stage 4 knee arthritis it was unbearable. I added in good carbs around 60 to 80 and feel so much better. There's new studies out that show it can make knee arthritis worse. I eat healthy close to keto but less fat and use olive oil but eat more carbs from Papaya, berries, less cheese. Keto is not for me!

  2. Meat and saturted animal fat did it for me. Definitely no veggies, since they offer nothing I could not get from good meat of ruminants. Moreover it keeps me free from oxalates, lectins, phytotoxins, phytoestrogen and other poisons.

  3. The Problem Is Not Stop eating Sugar and cars because it is very clear theory what these people have to teach how to maintain that because it’s not sustainable. It is extremely harmful at the beginning or along. So how to overcome all of that. Is that the real problem. To make it sostenible

  4. ABSOLUTELY… I went grain free and oxcilates free .. now taking supplements …. D3 & k2 with mk7 vitamins B complex feeling much better . AND only meat that is grass fed ❤

  5. I've haven't eaten junk food in 7 years, yet I developed O. A. overnight around 3 years ago. So it's not junk food. And over one year ago I eliminated 90% of carbs and 99% of grains, and still no relief. And I'm 48. So….

  6. I am half greek and all my relatives on my mother`s side, who are greek, are not very healthy or slim. As a matter of fact, a "mediteranien diet" can`t be generalized like that. Not all countries which are meditaranien have a healthy population. Most of the greek people have the same issues with health as the rest of the western world. Their foods are swimming in oil, fried foods in liters of olive oil, pasta, made with white flour, breads made with white flour and tons of sweet pastries, dripping with syrup and nuts. This is not healthy.

  7. Love this! I am taking a trip to Europe, and I'd like to know what are your thoughts about white flour/baked goods in Europe as opposed to the US. I would guess they would be healthier?

  8. Wrong its a wear and tear problem as well , people were not meant to be on there feet all day , blue collar workers are constantly stressing there joints with minimal time for them to regenerate !

  9. I have trochlear displasia in both knees, grade 4 cartalige damage.
    I have been told cartalige cant repair itself.
    Im waiting for the cartalige regrow drugs.
    In only 40.

  10. This raises such a powerful question. You and I are used to treating symptoms, but what if the root cause really starts at the grocery store?
    Has anyone here tried an anti-inflammatory diet for arthritis? Curious what worked for you.

  11. The best anti inflammatory i have ever found is smoking organic additive free tobacco. I have Ankylosing spondylitis and severe osteoarthritis in my knee from an injury so i know a bit about pain and inflammation and what works and what doesn't. My as is currently in remission, i don't take humira any more.

  12. REQUEST: please make a video about how to apply these principles for the many seniors who live in retirement communities. Our food is delicious but not organic and most dishes are drowning in sauces that contain gluten. Pasta and ice cream are available at every meal. Since the fish is not wild, it probably has parasites and bacteria. I don’t eat them but I’m surrounded by people eating desserts sweetened with sucralose. We need help!
