    Sorry to say but the satvic team don't provide support for any specific disease related lifestyle. I have been in agony and have been in pain all the time for the past 18 years due to severe rheumatoid arthritis.

  3. My mother is 40 and she has knee pain. Doctor said that there is a gap between knee joint and decrease in grease.she suffers with pain while walking and unable to sit on floor and with legs folded. Please share some diet plans or healthy routine

  5. Mujhe kayi mahine se dard aur samasyaein ho rahi hain, jo dheere-dheere badh rahi hain. Pehle mere ghutno (knees) mein dard shuru hua, jo niche aur ghutno ke aas-paas hota hai. Sidhi chadhne aur utarne mein dikkat hoti hai. Iske baad, mere kohniyon (elbows) mein dard shuru hua, jo pehle stretch karne par hota tha, lekin ab load aane par bhi hota hai.

    Haal hi mein, mere kalai (wrist) mein dard shuru hua hai, aur mere ungliyon lock ho jata hai. Kabhi-kabhi mere takhne (ankles) , nichli peeth ( lower back ), aur pair mein bhi dard hota hai. Mujhe jalan aur burning sensation bhi ho raha hai in back, neck wagera me.

    Legs aur elbows ka dard din bhar rehta hai aur baki joints ka din k bich me kabhi bhi ho skta hai.

    Mujhe bachpan se joint pop sounds aur thirst*(pyas lagna) ki samasya hai, aur mujhe digestive issues bhi hain. Mujhe *subah-utthne par(pair me ) aur shaam ko(knees me) dard adhik hota hai. Mere kano ke paas gaadh hain jo kayi saalon se hain.

    Mujhe lagta hai ki mere lakshan shayad kisi vitamin ya mineral ki kami ke karan ho sakte hain. Mai pehle heavy workout(gym) krta tha(dard chalu hone k 4 mahina pehle Tak), aur mujhe lagta hai ki isse mere lakshan badh gaye hain.

    Mere tests mein, uric acid ki maatra mein utaar-chadhaav aaya hai, pehle high tha, phir normal hua. MRI mein ACL sprain ki report aayi thi(normal according to dr) , lekin baki reports normal aayi hain. Mujhe abhi tak koi fayda nahi hua hai treatment se. Ulta bs badhte ja rha hai.

    Pehle Dr bole chondromalacia patella as legs se chalu hua tha, fir hyperuracia & vaat as uric acid ek baar high aya tha( orthopedics se consultation kiye the pehle) .
    Aur abhi latest rheumatologist ne Fibromyalgia hua hai bole. Sab alag bimari bata rhe hai.
    & Kal ayurvedic Dr aamvaat rog hai bola.
    Mere pass saare reports available hai.

  6. Can you guys please guide people on daily lifestyle changes particularly for rheumatoid arthritis more clearly. My mother has been suffering from it for more than 10 years , it just feels helpless that we couldn't do anything for her. She has made changes to her diet many years ago, and she is a vegetarian as well, and do not take any diary products. But still she hasn't controlled her health condition. Every day is becoming a nightmare more or less. Need help.thank you.

  7. This is really inspiring! I am 48 and have had psoriatic arthritis (which is also auto-immune like RA) since my early 20s. I am trying to lose weight, but even a small amount of exercise makes my hips in so much pain, and I wake up with my hands so still and painful. It's really been getting me down. I am inspired to try a food based solution as well as building up with exercise.
