It’s not working. Can you make one for a dancer (I say that because most dancers have flexible backs and it doesn’t work) with a dumb knot in their lower back that refuses to pop?
I have mild scoliosis and an extra disc in my lower back, and I just started working 8br shifts and doing heavy lifting at work, so my back has been killing me. Looked up how to pop my lower back, found this and gave it a shot and oh my god I’m in heaven my back feels sooooo good!! Thank you so much!!

Do not try this at home. I tore my muscle 😭😭😭😭😭 currently in the hospital
And all of a sudden it clicked, a chiro I had would move me through this motion.. gonna give this a try to see if I can get that release.
