Endoscopic Facet Debridement – Overview by Dr. Tony Mork

*** Free Facet Syndrome Surgery MRI Review Consultation*** :

You have had some blocks. You may have had some RF treatment for your painful facets and got some temporary relief. The purpose of this procedure is to make the facet joint pain relief permanent. I am going to show you in a moment how this is done, but the idea is to actually laser or thermocoagulate the nerves that go to the facet joints so that it is no longer temporary relief of pain but permanent relief of pain.

  1. So how does hiding the pain fix the mechanical damages to the joint? Sounds more like putting ear plugs in when your car engine begins to make loud noises rather than fixing the broken valve!!!!!!😡😡😡😡😡🤔

  2. This beats burning the nerves which also I understood the spine doctor told me it is a temporary fix, plus could be very serious as other nerves could get burned causing pain in my legs or even incontinence. I have had 3 series of injections where the first got me almost a year I’d say 95% improvement the second series about 3 months with 40% improve t and the third series I’ll give 12 hours with 5% improvement. No more injections. I am very scared of having surgery or any fusing, but this clean up sounds like it could be the way to go. Right now after a recent fall my pain level 9.5-10 with being just about bed rest 75% of day on moist heat. The pain is severe on sitting and standing.
I am in Southern Oregon, do they do this procedure in the Medford, Oregon office? Thank you so much in advance. I’d be happy with getting 50% of the pain taken away….

  3. I. Have facet joint pain and it usually also effects my ribs. Prolotherapy is helpful short. Term and can be painful I’m I’m interested in this process Please. Let me know if you still perform the procedure and where your office is located. Thank you.

  4. I would love to have this done but can you describe the long term risks, arent you burning away the joint capsule which may lead to spine instability later on? Do you remove any part of the facet?
