  1. I was diagnosed about 4 months ago with RA and the doctors are pushing prednisone. This causes severe headaches and swelling in my legs and face. It also causes anxiety and restlessness. I also have a HBP and I take the prednisone it pushes through the roof. I would love to consult with you please

  2. A quick AI search revealed what no Dr. will tell you. “Decreased inflammation and remission in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) are associated with increases in total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, and HDL cholesterol. This phenomenon, known as the "lipid paradox," is often observed in RA patients as their disease activity and inflammation decrease.” So raise your cholesterol and see if it helps.

  3. At 60, I'm now starting to suffer from joint pains, though not yet diagnosed as having rheumatoid arthritis. However I have had the occasional gout attack. I recently came across your channel. Seems very useful, thank you!

I'm looking through your videos for your views on the following supplements and 1 herbal treatment for RA and gout, but can't find them. I believe all four supplements and this 1 herbal medicine below have some efficacy against RA. What do you think of these supplements?
    1. Boswellia serrata
    2. Glucosamine & Chondroitin sulphate
    3. Boron
    4. Black seed oil
    5. Last is a herbal medication from Pakistan called "Mufasil". Unfortunately, the insert isn't in English, so I can't tell you what's in it, except that it's a bunch of herbs and/or herbal extracts that is very effective for removing uric acid. Therefore it's really good for gout and joint pain. I've personally tried it for ordinary joint pain and intense joint pain caused by a viral infection called chikungunya (look it up). Mufasil is a bit of a miracle drug. Very effective for joint pains, I tell you! I don't know if you can get it there in the US.

  4. i see your vedio today,,,my husband have a rheumatoid athritis wat will i do,,,already taken celicoxib,,predizone, decilone forte,,,wat will i do doc.,,,need ba xray or therapy,,doc please read this hoping doc.salamat

  5. Please, I am a person with psoriatic arthritis feeling pains in finger and toe joins, really needing help here,,I am in PNG so how could these treatments and the medications be possible here in PNG. I've been suffering for 5years now..is it possible to export or for rheumatologist to be here in PNG?

  6. I have seropositive rheumatoid arthritis, 4 years now, i go round & round with my rheumatology doctor, they havent got a clue its all guess work & they usually guess wrong. Medical science has come on a long way over the years but not with rheumatoid arthritis 👎

  7. I’m 54 yrs old. I've had RA for six years and doctors never found the right medication. Now, I haven't been able to walk for a year and four months and ALL the medicines for RA don't work, because they cause a lot of pain (the symptoms get worse) and also cause side effects, such as swelling of the gums and dry, scaly skin. I don't know what to do (neither do the doctors!). I've already taken ALL biologicals (cause severe pain in my hands/knees and double vision) and DMARDS (Methotrexate causes unbearable pain in my hands/knees; I can’t even move my legs with leflunomide). Is my body saturated with so many chemicals? Even cortisone, for example 5 mg, causes so much pain that I can't even open my hands! What do you think of all this, Doctor?
(I forgot to mention that I can't fully stretch my legs due to the pain).

  8. This is very well explained. I am from India, and my dad is 63 years old. He has been suffering from severe rheumatoid arthritis (RA). As explained, it began when he was 40 years old with very mild RA, so he used mild medication. His RA progressed to moderate in his early 50s, leading to the use of high doses of steroids, DMARDs, and methotrexate. While these treatments helped initially, in his late 50s, he developed severe RA with neuropathy. The focus shifted to treating neuropathy first, and later, biologics were introduced, with XELJANZ being the most effective for the past four years. Although expensive, it significantly improved his ability to perform daily tasks.

However, during a general health checkup last year, a blocked vein in the heart was identified, leading to a stent placement. Due to this, he was advised to discontinue XELJANZ. As a result, his health has deteriorated, and he has reverted to DMARDs, particularly using 50mg injections of etanercept. Unfortunately, he reports skin infections and discoloration in two toes, but the doctors assert that he has already been tried with all possible medications. Therefore, I would greatly appreciate help and advice on this matter.

  9. I found your channel today. Thank you for such wonderful explanations. I was diagnosed 3 months ago with RA. I also have been diagnosed with 3 other auto immune diseases. I do not want to take the chemo drugs. I currently take Celebrix and low dose of prednisone. I have no pain or swelling on this. I have changed a lot of my wating habits and have lost a lot of weight eating antinflamatory diet clean food only. There must be something better than dmards. Where do you treat patients? I would like to consult with you.

  10. I lived a normal life for 17 years on Enbrel until my neutrophils kept going too low. Then did Reutuxin for 2 rounds but had reaction. now I am not responding to anything. I am on the look out for stem cell research study once it goes into phase 3. I would like your option on stem cell.

  11. Methotrexate is referred to as low dose çhemo. It makes your pH level very acidic. I was kept on it for too long. My teeth were destroyed, starting at my gum line. The rheumatologist didn't know what it was. Also, didn't know why my sinuses were blocked. It was because I had Sojgrens with the RA.

  12. I am 34 years. And facing this deases from 7 years. Doctor give me Hc. Methotrexate.. Delta cortl. I am tired from this deases ND tablets. Now a days I feel OK. Bt when I do home task then pain is increase… Plz some diet plan
