  1. "Fuh-set", not "fassett"…🤕 Also, patients need to know whether the facet joint needs to be more open or closed; otherwise they can hurt themselves worse. Also, if the facet joint syndrome has already caused neural narrowing (🙋‍♀️), these won't help – an ablation is needed (or in my case ablation on both sides).

  2. I have this & I need a disc replacement in L4 L5 area of my spine. The pain is so bad at times, it feels as though all positions cause tremendous pain😢 btw, thank you for the information ❤
