  1. I had a laminectomy on my L5 s1 I think 3 years ago I had a very successful result w no more pain and going back to my normal life.
Last week at the gym i was doing a kettle swing which I had done many times before but this time I had to switch arms when suddenly I felt that pain and a click on my L5. I’m scared I ruined the surgery I have similar symptoms to before the surgery when the problems started. before. What could have happened?

  2. It’s been 4 weeks after my laminectomy. 45 years old. Laminectomy L2-3/3-4. Is it too early to caution about my lower back pain? Sciatica is gone for sure but the lumbar is sore pretty much everywhere generally. Ive had nerve ablation in facet joints already about 8-9 months ago. How long should I wait to see if or when lumbar pain gets better after surgery?
