3 months postpartum and I have like sciatic pain (which weirdly comes at random times), they thought i had a slip disc. Will this help with that? Not sure if it's neuro related as I'm waiting on an MRI (3rd baby).

😳During labor?🤔 I was already like a pretzel inside, so I doubt that further positions could have been performed by myself at anytime of labor. Still birthed two- two years apart😊Oh, I guess that was postpartum- anyhow, a young lady that I knew had a flat abdominal area and went on the beach… then started having the worst pain ever until she quickly entered the Emergency Room Department, and crying out in disbelief of her enormous pain and asking, the Attending Physician called out “You’re about to have a baby!” …and, that is exactly what happened!😊

omg yes. i had lower back pain so badly this time (second baby) im 8 months postpartum now and juat realized my pain is gone. it's so wild because i didnt do any consistent stretching or strengthening. just every once in a while. i think my core just needed extra time to heal
