Goddamn i had so much tension relieved in my back, heard snap crackle and pop and a huge surge of relaxation in my spine
I did the 1st excersize and went completely blur and felt so dizzy that I fell down . And my heart started pounding so fast and loud. Please tell what does this mean
The second one worked for me the best, the other 2 didn’t work for me only the second

None of these work bro my lower back and hips feel fused together no movement and hurts I’m getting really pissed off behind it everyday I lose a little bit more joy because of it
