  1. I can’t even imagine having a doctor who would see me during a flare up. It takes me a minimum of 3 months just to get an appointment with my family doctor. This is Canadian health care.

  2. I'm 20 years old, I've been suffering from this since I was 17. And here's what I want to tell you: my disease is not as terrible as the treatment. I take methotrixate every week and it's misery. Side effects like chemotherapy.

  3. If all doctors were like you… I live in Poland and they don't have time to discuss with their patients, they just prescribe medications and don't even ask or explain how they work…

  4. Just wanted to share, my new night time routine is to bath in warm water, then after massage with extra virgin olive oil. Then i boil dried oregano and strain . Squeeze a dash of lemon in it and drink with 2 spoons olive oil. This has reduced my pain in the morning

  5. I have skin flare ups. My doctor just said it’s normal. I went to unprocessed foods and mostly protein on my own. He just nodded. My RA is ocular. Currently having uviteis being seeing by a retina specialist who discovered the RA. Now adding Actlar to my Humira regimen.

  6. Hi DR,
Im from Australia, I've had RA since 2014 and I'm a male and I'm fit and active etc… im 34 now , my dr just switched my injections from Enbrel50mg/brenzys50mg to now a new injection called actemra. I have been getting bad flare ups on my right knee to the point I can not move and walk around. I have taken prednisone 25mg for 5 days in a row now and still the same swelling. What do you think it can be ? Because I watched in your video flare ups can happen when a doctor changes treatment. I wont be able to see my DR until his back from Sweden in 12 weeks and I havent got any other doctor to go to atm and hence why i am watching your video and asking this question.
Hopefully you can guide me to some information.
