  1. About 3 weeks ago I noticed early in the morning a severe pain on my right thumb, the 2 joints being the problem. I was busy the day before fixing chicken coops and I thought this would just go away but never did. IF it works for some I hope it works for me. Thanks. I'm 65.

  2. I have painful osteoarthritis in both hands’ fingers.
    The suggested exercises massaging the hand felt really good, but put strain on the other hand.
    I tried immitating the exercises using a massage gun with a little head.
    It feels good, and I will try to make this a regular exercise.
    Thanks for the help, I am surprised to have found exercises which actually give instant relief!
