  1. How many times a day should we do this?
    I'll do it 100 times if I have to. I can't take this pain anymore and it's only started a couple of days ago. It's torture. I can't sit down, lay, kneel anything with the pain in the right leg. It's awful. Painkillers & deep heat cream aren't touching it 😭😭 help ☠️

  2. I just did this exercise and 85% of the pain is gone instantly after 3 reps. In comparison, bending and squatting down on my left side was so painful earlier today. I'll definitely add this to my PT exercises. Thank you so much!

  3. That’s so strange. It’s been hurting for months and stretches didn’t seem to help. I tried this and I felt more of a stretch on the non hurting side but it still helped relief pain on the painful side. Thank youuu

  4. Great Video.. When my sciatica acts up ( maybe 2x a year) it lasts for about 2 weeks
    and it’s that pounding dull pain, numbness in my glutes and hamstrings. I’ll take muscle relaxers and that helps and I bought a Tens Unit that totally helps…. But this is a great stretch
