It ease my back pain help a lot
Ive just done this for the first time and LOVED it. I have many medical problems including disc compression, have had 1 hip replacement and need the other one done as well as both knees plus loads of other things and wasn't sure if I could manage this but I did and feel so much better for it. thank you so much! I discovered you 3 years ago when I broke my ankle. you helped me stay fit. now I am in trouble again, fell and broke my tailbone. I can’t sit or lie on my back so this upright walking workout is perfect. I will check out if you have other workouts like this. ❤ i’m not that old, just accident-prone. and not being able to move makes recovery even slower

The video reads 20 minuets i only watch and completed two excersises 15 seconds and a moment the video had ended😅

Tnx CJ. I HAVE BEEN DOING THE EXERCISE WITH YOU SINCE JANUARY/25. Every day I burn close to 700 calories or sometime, exercise about over 75 minutes, about 11,250 steps I do. I’m so happy that I started this exercise with you and some other ladies to I do every day with you. Bcc I love 15 or 20 minutes ones feel so motivating. Tnx so so much CJ.
