Thank you!! This helped me in such a short amount of time. I was in much pain and I did about four rounds just now and got relief. I’m going to keep doing this daily. I hurt myself exercising and I don’t want to stop, but now I know I need to slow down.
you don't recommend stretching to fix lower back pain, but then a moment after you are doing forward bend which is the number one culprit of tight lower back
I've been taking codeine for my lower back pain for more than a couple of decades. It's mostly in the middle of my lower back and when it's really bad it wraps around my hips. I've a few MRIs and they say I've got a herniated disc and some arthritis. It's gotten so bad that the pain pills don't work many times. At times it feels like a cramp in my back. I need help 😫
I had bad lower back pain the past week and today at work, I casually picked up my 4th 80lb bag of mortar of the day and it hurt so bad my legs immediately buckled beneath me. Could barely walk and got home, watched this, been doing it casually the past few hours and this has helped immensely immediately. Thank you so much!
I has low back remanent pain… I did hung to strech My back for les than a minute…. Now i can barely walk….. That note : "i don't tecomend streaching for this" was 100%real and a gold advise

You don’t recommend stretching but that’s literally what you’re doing. You are stretching the muscle, and by doing that you are promoting blood flow.
