  1. It's not just deadlifts or squats that the McGill Big 3 helps with. After of month of doing the MB3 I am feeling much more solid in all my lifts. Arms, shoulders, chest, back, and legs. Flexing like you are going to be punched in the stomach as you lift is a super power.

  2. When I try to hold kettle bell away from my body, my back doesn't pain, it's doesn't pain when I'm leaning forward to touch my toe, but it pain when I'm not doing anything or Sharp pain when it rotate my butt in my left side of my waist

  3. So he’s going to hurt his back every time he lifts without engaging his core first. Thats a recipe for re-injury. I’ve seen this a hundred times in practice.
    As therapists, we spend too much time trying to change how our clients move , rather than working with their natural patterns.
