Lower Back Love | Yoga For Back Pain

Join me for this 27-minute Yoga For Low Back practice! In this session we address all areas that contribute to low back aches and pain, as well as provide preventative care, culminating in the ultimate low back love practice!

Flexibility, core stability, healthy alignment, and conscious breathing are all necessary for a healthy back. Practice actively engaging the core for support and then give some love to that lower back with the use of gentle spinal flexions, extensions and twists.

Take some time to tend to your body with care, awareness and mindfulness.

Let me know how it goes for you in the comment section down below!

Namaste.

  1. You're a godsend Adrienne ❤..I took up yoga a couple of years ago after having a sore lower back and started doung your yoga…I do it first thing in the morning..I cant believe how good I feel after it ❤…love you so much thankyou x

  2. For yogis with lower disc degeneration and bulge issues, this may not be for you. I tried to be careful, but it aggravated my nerve pain anyway. I usually avoid too much bending forward movements and add more poses like Sphinx instead. If you haven't been diagnosed with this yet and don't get relief from this video, or the pain worsens, it may be something for you to consider.

  3. Day 2 of my personal back healing journey and I came across this practice while searching for low back relief. Thank you so much Adrienne for helping me gently move again and feel good in the process. The perfect medicine. Can't wait to check out your other back practices.

  4. I haven't watched this video in years, but I have been having lower back pain for a couple month after doing RDLs. I thought who better than Adriene to help me get better! I'm thinking about doing this practice everyday, and I'm hoping that it will eventually get rid of the pain. Thank you Adriene for being such a calming presence 🫶

  5. Thank you Adriene! One thought. Would you consider making your outros longer? Maybe two minutes of silence after the ending. That would help so much because we could then stay a little longer in the calmness without having to pause in order to avoid a loud ad. All the love!!!

Tchau vou insistir.

  7. I've been doing this in addition to the 30 day challenge to address back and hip pain. It's made an incredible difference and has motivated me to take much more care with my body. Thank you, Adriene!!
