  1. oh man, have feeling a pain in my wrists for the past 2 weeks, I always noticed clicking sound in my feet fingers and ankle, an rarely in my knees too, will visit a doctor tomorrow, I'm just 25 I really hope it's not osteoarthritis 🥲

  2. Reverse Tendonitis and Arthritis via a naturopathic process..

I'm James. I am a 30 year old man and I wish to give a detailed narration of how I was able to overcome osteoarthritis in the hips via a traditional, herbal method and a distinguished diet plan. Prior to this herbal remedy – I had been a man who had suffered a great deal from this degenerative disease and of which had completely restricted me from being competitive in most bodily tasks life had presented. It was as if I had been confined to a wheelchair – as I had always experienced throbbing pains in my hip and pelvic areas. I had stopped working, as the pain had become excruciating I was confined only within the walls of my home. The mode of treatment and dietary requirements I had been placed on by my doctor in US were not favorable in improving my condition for better. I was at a complete loss and as I was not prepared to undergo a hip replacement surgery. The great risks involved were as followed.

This whole depressing experience with this disease had persisted for a longer period of time and I was completely a broken man. All I had wanted was to be freed from this ordeal, to overcome my arthritic pains without any consequence involved. I had only one consolation –  as long as there was life, there was still hope. I never gave up on the search  for a positive remedy for this disease. It was during my extensive research that I was exposed to the professional herbal works of Dr. Ichie Arinze of Greenlife Herbal Home. The said doctor is responsible for my recovery from this degenerative disease referred to as osteoarthritis. I had seen some testimonial articles on the net in relation with the professional, herbal standards of this African herbalist Dr. Ichie Arinze and his successful theories in healing arthritis naturally. There was a testimonial article shared by a woman about this herbalist assisting her overcome her lupus and osteoarthritis in the most natural way. I was elated in receiving the news as I could clearly relate to the woman who had pictured her health problems in the shared testimonial. I decided to inquire more about healing osteoarthritis naturally, and I contacted this herbal specialist for an elaboration regarding this natural remedy for osteoarthritis. I was very pleased at the doctor's hospitality in wanting to help me beat this disease naturally. With a given illustration of the possibility of reversing the disease naturally the herbalist administered some herbs of which I had used in a little period of time before my absolute recovery had set in. The arthritic pains which I had experienced in my hip areas became less frequent on the second week of using this herbal remedy. In some few more days the arthritic pains had completely ceased to occur and thus, free movement of the hip without difficulty became possible once more again.

I am now completely free from arthritic pains as a result of trying this natural remedy to a successful extent. I wish to use this opportunity to reach out to anyone facing any similar health problem or the other to find a confidant like Dr. Ichie Arinze in overcoming their health problems. For more reliable communication in accordance with natural remedies for arthritis you can contact Dr. Ichie Arinze directly via his WhatsApp number. 3. i have constant neck pains, my neurosurgeon told me my scans look normal and i'll just live with the pains in my neck literally. the issue i find is i get gas build up in my neck constantly. when i bend my head down to work after a few minutes my neck starts to ache until i force it back and get crunching and pops. i find it strange that i am getting so much gas buildup in my joints but there is still no medical diagnosis for how this gas is formed or how to stop it. herniated discs in my neck just make matters worse.

i'm rather tired of doctors telling me to just live with it, when i have tried. i can't work as an auto technician anymore even though i tried to force myself past it at the start. this literally happened over night. i'm only 49 and this started 2 years ago when i was only 47 but somehow i have to figure out how to make a living for another 20 years. the effect was nerve damage in my right arm that my neurosurgeon told me does not appear to be related to my neck injury, i have a hard time believing him. since i am younger i think they're not looking very hard at my symptoms and scans.

i feel like there is a lot doctors that still do not understand about joints and old age in combination with gas buildup that naturally occurs within the human body. i get that joints don't fare well with age but most of my issues appear to stem from this gas buildup in my joints and not directly joint issues themself. my doctors scratch their heads and i have tried to find more info about this gas myself but i find almost no info on how to regulate it myself.

i have asked my gastroenterologist as well and they too scratch their heads and tell me to take over the counter gas pills. my neurosurgeon basically told me to take advil/aleve/tylenol as a daily medication to just grin and bare it, meanwhile those medications often times do almost nothing because they can't do anything to alleviate the soreness associated with the pressure buildup constantly forming, which tells me inflammation isn't the main factor. the stiffness often quickly builds into a migraine if i do not pop my neck to relieve the pressure.

i was mainly a diagnostician for automobiles but a lot of that carries over into my daily life, trying to figure out what others can't be bothered to dig into. the only real issue is i can't open myself up and try to figure out what's really going on so i have to rely on others who are 'specialized' to try and sort through it, annoyingly they seem to care very little.

  4. I am 31 yr old healthy female. No previous ankle injury but yet I have this in both of my ankles via MRI detection along with flattened tendons , ligament issues. Joint effusion ect. I live a very healthy lifestyle, eat clean and am active. This is so so shocking and sudden. I am trying out the carnivore lifestyle to see if this could possibly heal me.

  5. Im 45 I can relate to some of these symptoms…… sciatica I had two years ago ugly pain and the pain usually comes after I've done a work out or my 45min walks once my body rest the pain hits me hard wen i try to get up

  6. A really good product for stopping the degradation of cartlidge in the joints is Genacol. It contains a special collagen which provides some peptides which promote cartlidge formation so the osteoartritis stopped. It does not treat the cause of the problems, but it increases the cartlidge so the pain disapears which is great.

  7. I was diagnosed at 12..im 44 now .ive had 6 major hip surgeries and i was bedridden for 10 weeks for 2 of then last surgery was in2014..know its moved down my leg..knee replacement next month…im in so much pain..please hellp me howbdo i depal with the pain?

  8. Many thanks for this. I would emphasise- OA can be primary or secondary, secondary usually to trauma (especially in athletes), inflammatory arthropies eg RA, or neuropathic joints like you get in diabetes. It's classified into single joint, multiple joints or generalised, and the presence of Heberden's nodes.

  9. The way you started video from the basics made the topic more understanding. This was the explanation I have been looking for.Thank you so much.Only in osmosis I can find lectures which deliver great content in a short period of time.

  10. I'm surprised OT isn't added to the treatment list alongside PT. Occupational Therapy is also absolutely involved with the treatment of osteoarthritis. You may find OTs treating patients in their own homes, as well as inpatient/outpatient hospital settings! They are working right alongside the rest of the clinical team and the OT's expertise is used to offer restorative exercises, compensatory tricks/approaches, adaptive equipment, and durable medical equipment in order to help maintain or restore someone's independence to engage in work/play & leisure/routine self-care (ADLs)/etc. It's one of the only clinical services that always develops a uniquely comprehensive and holistic profile of the entire person in order to provide the best client-centered care goals. If you unfortunately ever experience osteoarthritis, consider adding Occupational Therapy to your care team!
