I believe this may have just helped me some after trying many different stretches this past week with acute sciatica pain. I don’t really feel like I got my weight on my back heel but I did pull my abs in tight. Don’t forget to breathe. My pain starts at my waist is on the left back and is a gnawing pain that gets really tight and intensely painful. It has been going down into my leg when it really seems inflamed 😬

I haven’t been able to walk or sit normal in days from sciatic pain. Since I walk duck-footed, I knew it had to be piriformis syndrome and I’ve tried 20+ stretches.

I feel this more in my calf than my piriformis. Also, is this recommended if I specifically have short piriformis syndrome? I was doing clamshells and actually found that it made things worse. Thanks

I feel more stretch in my right side with my left foot back and vice a vs. Are you sure if I have pain on the left side I don't put my right foot back?

I got pain 10 cm to the left of the solaplexus (burning, bad when coughing). 3 weeks later also got sciatica pain, after I worked in the garden by hand with the milling machine. No German doctor can help me. Been to the in three times already. Do you have any idea what it can be? Is now for 3 months and almost continuously pain…

I’ve had cramps because of my disc herniation, at the age of 22, for the last 5 weeks, and no one could explain them, plus nothing I tried would help. I did this exercise twice, and now my cramps are almost fully gone. Thank you! From the bottom of my heart!!
