  1. I love this. I now have a playlist with all your incredible piriformis/sciatic videos. Doc, your stretches, exercises & information are vastly better than 80% of the content on this subject. 🪷

  2. I believe this may have just helped me some after trying many different stretches this past week with acute sciatica pain. I don’t really feel like I got my weight on my back heel but I did pull my abs in tight. Don’t forget to breathe. My pain starts at my waist is on the left back and is a gnawing pain that gets really tight and intensely painful. It has been going down into my leg when it really seems inflamed 😬

  3. I haven’t been able to walk or sit normal in days from sciatic pain. Since I walk duck-footed, I knew it had to be piriformis syndrome and I’ve tried 20+ stretches.

This worked like a dream- doing this 2-3 times has given me an unbelievable amount of pain relief. Thank you!

  4. Dr. Rowe, you are amazing!!! I absolutely love your lessons. Easy to understand your language and speed and tone of voice are easy to follow. Camera work is great, too. You give me a lot of motivation! Thank you very much!!!

  5. I feel this more in my calf than my piriformis. Also, is this recommended if I specifically have short piriformis syndrome? I was doing clamshells and actually found that it made things worse. Thanks

  6. I got pain 10 cm to the left of the solaplexus (burning, bad when coughing). 3 weeks later also got sciatica pain, after I worked in the garden by hand with the milling machine. No German doctor can help me. Been to the in three times already. Do you have any idea what it can be? Is now for 3 months and almost continuously pain…

  7. I’ve had cramps because of my disc herniation, at the age of 22, for the last 5 weeks, and no one could explain them, plus nothing I tried would help. I did this exercise twice, and now my cramps are almost fully gone. Thank you! From the bottom of my heart!!

  8. If you have any problem, trust him! Thanks Doc, your videos are so helpful for the past 2 years I am following you up. Since past 15 days I am on bed because of this pain, can’t move, terrible pain, I did this exercise and yes there is an instant release in pain. It hasn’t gone completely but made me feel so much better than before! ❤
