  1. I was having a lot of lower back pain in my 1st trimester but then I found this video at the end of my 1st trimester and oh man!! It has changed my life… i literally see an instant change in pain and my body after doing this!! GOD BLESS! YOU ARE AMAZING

  2. Hello! Do you know if this exercise regiment is safe to do with diastasis recti? I know I’m not supposed to do planks and I couldn’t tell while doing it if I was working my abdominal muscles directly or not? Please let me know! Thank you!

  3. 15 mins of wonder! My back has been killing me from riding cars alot lately and my lower back was almost numb with pain and no amount of rest helped. This TREMENDOUSLY improved my back and I think I can sleep now ❤. Best part was the child poses. I guess they're called that for a reason 😂❤ (38 weeks)

  4. Firstly, this helped a lot, thank you so much!
Secondly, I did this about maybe two weeks ago and it was so relaxing. Two weeks later and I am exhausted by the exercises and fighting reflux every time I am looking downwards 😂 I did not think I became this unfit, I am still going everywhere by bike, I am attending weekly dance classes – I can feel things getting more exhausting but oh my, that was a black and white difference compared to last time and I am only half way through the pregnancy 🙈 crazy.
Any ideas about avoiding reflux during yoga are greatly appreciated

  5. Thank you so much!! I am 33 weeks pregnant with my first, and this is the third time doing this video in the past week or so. I think it will be a go to for me. I also appreciate building a bit of strength in this stretch. Thanks for all that you put out on YouTube!
