Reason of Lower Back Pain #physiotherapy



Lower back pain can occur due to a number of possible reasons, including injuries, degenerative conditions, infections, and problems with posture. 

Injuries 

Sprains, strains, and other soft tissue injuries

Herniated or ruptured discs

Fractured vertebrae

Degenerative conditions 

Aging and the breakdown of spinal discs

Arthritis, osteoporosis, and ankylosing spondylitis

Spinal stenosis, a narrowing of the spinal canal

Infections 

Kidney infections

I'm 28 and from last one year I'm facing lower back pain on left side..i had visited the doctor's clinic they do multiple checks and say everything is fine but I'm facing till now i don't know why this happen when everything is fine..but yes i fell down from bike almost 1.5year ago what i do can you please tell me

  3. Hello sir i am 15 and i workout regularly,i squat and do exercsies with perfect form and am pretty strong also i bemd over properly yet i have back pain what do i do,i was thinking sitting akot could be a reason but i also move alot so it coudl be muscle strains,what do you say?

Sir, i have suddenly started to sit longer for my study thn i back pain, i visited ortho he said disc problem but medicine doesn't work for me thn again i went physio still doesn't wrk for me thn again went to another ortho gave medicine for 5days thn again started pain.. The pain is from neck to lower back or some time only lower it doesn't spread to my leg only full pf my back pls suggest what should i do… 🙏

  5. Im 14 and go to gym irregularly this year and I had this pain 3 months ago (continuously fir 1.5 month) then visited to doc and he said it's muscle problem and gave medicine which didn't work and I went to gym and lifted heavy weights and I was havin no pain and now it's started again.
