  1. I am really frustrated with how your podcasts keep straying away from what the audience actually wants to hear. Honestly, it appears that you are a very spiritual person—understandable, but please, keep that to yourself. Instead of asking questions based on what the public is expecting, you seem to ask what you want to know. I have observed this multiple times on your podcasts, and quite frankly, it becomes annoying when you disturb the basic technical information we are eager to learn.

For example, when a spine surgeon is featured, we expect detailed, technical discussions about his work, his surgeries, and the advances in medical science. Instead, you often go off on spiritual tangents—asking about Samadhi or Atma—which might be interesting to you personally, but not when we are looking for practical, technical insights. It is very disheartening, yaar, because we tune in to get simple and clear technical information.

Moreover, with revolutionary surgical techniques and rapid advancements in medical technology emerging every year, it is baffling that you don’t focus on the more pressing questions. How exactly do doctors keep up with all these changes? Do they have to study continuously even after graduating? Are there special courses or workshops where they learn about newer technologies, fresh studies, and cutting-edge research? Clearly, it isn’t just a case of “come to hospital, do your work, and go home.” Even after the workday is over, continuous study is essential.

I really want you to ask these kinds of questions rather than questions that reflect only your personal curiosity. Please do care about what the public is asking for and maintain a professional tone in your podcasts. When the video thumbnail shows a spine surgeon, I expect to receive as much detailed, relevant information as possible regarding his expertise, his surgeries, and all the technical aspects of his work. Half of your podcasts have been quite boring for me because personal, spiritual atma samadhi and all stuff , non-technical queries overshadow the vital technical discussions tht we expect …..
