  1. Dr. Berg, thank you very much for your helpful videos. I got vitamin D3, Zinc, and Magnesium last night and I slept like a baby. Tonight I’ll take Vitamin K2 instead and will see what the results would be.

  2. Dear dr Berg I've been suffering with arthritis at my fingers and now I'm taking d3 10000 iu with k2 200 and a triple magnesium and omega 3 in liquid from seeds. Should i increase d3 to 25000 ( liquid) and if so please can you tell me how much of magnesium to take? Thank you soo much, appreciate it ❤
