  1. Hola, yo sufro de artritis reumatoidea hace 9 años, y cuando empezaron los síntomas fueron muy dolorosos. Por 3 años me prescribieron corticoides y no me ayudaban casi nada. Tenía dolores en los dedos, las muñecas, las rodillas, no podía sostener una taza ni abrir una botella de agua, o abrocharme el brasier. Después cambié de doctor y me prescribió biológicos, controle el dolor de las articulaciones, pero empezaron a aparecer otro síntomas, sequedad en ojos, boca, nariz, piel, llagas, problemas respiratorios, alergias fuertes,…me pregunto que es peor la enfermedad o el medicamento ante todo esto. Hace 3 meses he parado el medicamento biológico (por mi cuenta) y hace un mes he empezado a tomar unas cápsulas a base de tumeric y otros ingredientes naturales, me siento mejor, pero me da miedo volver a tener esos horribles dolores. Hoy he encontrado este video del Dr. Li, y seguiré escuchando sus recomendaciones. Y estoy 100% segura que en los productos naturales está la salud, y sabiendo las propiedades de estos y sus beneficios. Gracias Dr. Li por los consejos.

  2. I have arthritis and yesterday…out of the blue… I couldn’t walk. My left leg was incredibly swollen and after some research I found a bakers cyst behind my knee. I went to the dr today and walked out with three prescriptions…prednisone…naproxen…and Voltaren. I was uncomfortable with this so I started reading. Nope not taking any of it. Then I took out my book Eat to Beat Disease and I found this video on You Tube. Starting tomorrow I’m doing everything Dr Li said to do ….citrus…green leafy veggies…beans…tomatoes….green tea. Cyst is really painful and still can’t walk well but I know this will work. Dr Li helped my brother with Colon Cancer (through his videos and books). I’ll keep you posted. I love a good experiment. Oh Dr scheduled a MRI and talked about knee replacement.

    6. Dried fruits. And more foods and herbs such as Bonebroth from Wild Game only . I place the soft bones also in my blender with the broth and turn the machine on high then add to my recipes . High water soluble vitamin C whole foods and organic first choice such as Indian Gooseberry . All organic frozen berries ….Every leafy green for my fat soluble vitamin K-1 and Nitric Oxide .   4. Dr. Li I very much appreciate the wealth of knowledge you share. I have found it all very helpful. I have your books, as well. I must confess I cringed, however, when you discussed oatmeal being high in fiber and beneficial to our gut microbiome but didn't mention the importance of the oatmeal being organic. My understanding is that oats are one of the crops highly sprayed with glyphosate which destroys our microbiome when ingested. Am I incorrect in this information?

  5. I am suffering with my right hand where I can’t lift it up anymore. I already lost my left arm and hand to which I can’t use it at all. What can I do to reverse that Dr. Li? Plus I can’t swallow food through my mouth. I am on a feeding tube.
