Basically Mike Mentzer style work out..
That outfit has got to go!
Wow! I've been watching Dr Huby for years. This is the first time I've seen him without a black background. I feel some sort of relief 😮
Will try these, Thanks🙏
Nailed the outfit
is this AI ?
How many reps/rounds per exercise? Thanks
All 3 exercises of the McGill big 3s are shown wrong. Mr. Huberman you have usually good content, but in this case i recommend to take this video down and to redo it properly.
I need these ❤ Thanks
He forgot the most important thing the bracing before the execution of the exercises! You need to maintain the bracing and breath without losing the contraction of the obliques or you are not doing the big three …
I love the way he explains everything, specifically when he talks about the brain. I don't know he was into exercises too 😂. He is so rounded with every knowledge about our bodies and our mind. I used to talk to him directly. He was so technical with his words when he would talk to me about the brain 🧠 and I would ask him to please explain it to me in simple words so I can understand.
Come on Andy! You could have at least worn your Ramones T-shirt.
What about neck pain??
Low Iron bridge really strengthens your lower back if you can put up with the pain of being on your knuckles
Physio said I would never get the tightness out of my lower back and this has done it
Good presentation and may I suggest a caution for. Someone with back pain should begin with a modified bird dog then side plank pulse.
Pilates
❤ oh ok cool! Haha I am definitely down haha
Isn’t the side plank hard on that lower shoulder?
Man I hope this works. I’ve had a slipped disc and bulging disc for years 🙁
Nice butt muscles in the last pose 😂
Another gem to add to my repertoire which I like to keep track of in my Huberman journal. Looking forward to purchasing some for gifts whenever I make it to California to distribute to friends.
I like him a lot but he should stay in his speciality of neuroscience
Trt fan boy there the guy is a joke.
He is too god damn good looking ❤
Sexy 🤣
Whiever invented these movements, we're Taken or inspired in Hatha Yoga.
Seems like good rest day exercises, warm ups
Don't mind, but these are YOG poses😮😮😮. And benefits more when done with stability/hold/ proper breathing.
McGill’s work is ok for some clients not to be used across the board. The #1 is Doc. McKenzie. #3 Thomas Hannah
Hubermann himself has abs and has great physique you can see him running with Goggins.
