  1. Now I perform exercises that strengthen my musles. I have a partially torn ligment from impact of a window that fell on me, but no pain. Hope this helps. , it isn't a comfortable treatment however it works. The pain moves, chasing the dragon tail, " So keep up with the wet cupping. Go every week til you are pain free. No drugs, only quality supplement for me to rebuild my bone, tendons and muscles. Takes 7 years to rebuild the bones, and you don't give up. Eliminate sugar, wheat, too many fried foods and cook your own low sodium foods., I also started 2 drops of iodine in the morning to work with my digestion and elimination.

  2. I was in severe pain even when sitting. Went to my Korean acupuncturist who performed "wet cupping." It removed stagnant blood and inflammation. I went every week for about 8 months. No pain now. He also did laser to build collagen, etc.

  3. thanks for the summary……Pulled myself off the surgery schedule and doing a 12 week online PT program (El Paso Manual Physical Therapy)/ Working on muscle imbalances…strengthening glutes, lower abs, and feet/arches/toes….good luck all

  4. i just got back from a non surgical doc and he recommends getting a consult for my left hip. I had x-rays 3 years and again and also today. The left hip looks a little mor rough around the cup edges, arthritis . Should i wait ( pain level about 3-4 no running ) ? Is there any new self generating medicine we should try ? i m willing to visit if needed. thks

  5. Your presentation is great, but your "brisk walking" suggestion is unrealistic. I used to walk briskly all the time before I developed this condition in my right hip. But these days, I can't even walk for a long time, let alone a brisk walk for half an hour. What other exercise can you recommend that will have the same effect on the circulatory system and won't upset the hip joint?

  6. How am I supposed to do a brisk 30 minute walk even once a week when I can barely stand? I’ve only just learned I have arthritis and it’s already stage 4. What options are there in this scenario? I tried gentle exercise to increase the muscle and suddenly developed new intense pain down the outside of my thigh and under my knee. I’ve had to rest up for a week to even be able to walk to the bathroom. I am not exercise shy but the last exercises I did made it significantly worse.

  7. What about complete hip labrum tears without arthritis? I was told by a regenerative medicine doctor that PRP and stem cells would not work. Exercise makes it worse. The pain is unbearable to live with – pain with walking, sitting and significantly reduces sleep and impairs mental health.

  8. I've lost over 80 lbs in 5 months and started working out and my hip pain is the worst it's ever been…. Biggest joke of advice I've ever heard. People telling me how great I look and asking me if I feel so much better? Nope bro.. Both my hips are shot- surgery here I come. My diagnosis was an appt wher i wasn't even there for hip pain. Something I said tipped him off to get xrays. 2nd and third oppinions said the same- "you need a hip replacement within 6 months.." I have RA so I didn't complain about it because I just thought i was RA pain that I had to live with. I'm bone on bone and refuse any injections- gross. I'm traumatized by needles.

  9. All good info. I would like to add taking suppliments have also helped me. I take collegen and msm. Recently I discovered that high amounts of probiotics helped relieve the pain. Go figure.

  10. There are other better videos for those who actually are willing to make the lifestyle changes that hip arthritis needs. And there are people out there who can now teach you how to reverse and heal this condition if treated correctly in time.

Arthritis is chronic inflammation-so the things that trigger needs to be removed in order for your deeper healing system to start working. Otherwise you are stuck on ground service level.. and you need to activate your ”stemcells”. Have a look at ”autophagy” you need a clean diet, animal based is best for arthritis since you probably need High density nutrition food, but added 30% fat and only cooked by you (no additivets, perservatives or things that trigger inflammation, i.e fastfoods & micro food) and you need to make sure you add elektrolytes.

There are some risk factor that might be of interrest to take into account?

Arthritis is a metabolic deficiency condition.

The correct diet is clue1. Remove all sugar, carbohydrates, alkohol & smoke. Clean animal product based and the correct amount of fat, so you can go on fasting 16h/day.. just try that 3months..

Then adress your hormones – I recommend trying Isoflavon wich is 100% natural & balances more than just one – we need the 3 major ones in balance, and it is different fault, so you cannot test it and have one correct answer..

Then add the building blocks ”supplements” that your metabolism deficit and chronic inflammation has caused your body to be on minus. I recommend these ”collagen (whatever you get, 1,2,3 but make sure it is clean, good bioavailability) in addition amino acid extra.

    Then for bone health
    Boron
    Glukosamin
    Chondrotoin
    C-vitamine

And minerals in a bio available form(oxygenated).

    You may add extra vitamines.

And when you are still on inflammation- 15 min low impact training is best for cartlidge. You need to move, but cirkulation is key, different things is best, bicycle, swimming, walking until you are pain free.. it took me less than 3 months when I changed diet and started doing less excercises.

You need to check out ”postural restoration institute” and get your bones aligned before putting preassure is my experience-also loose weight in 3 months if you are overweight.

Then on top of that manage stress wich triggers inflammation-am I getting sleep, rest, good job, good relationships? Anything on energigivande minus in my life? You can read Dr Gabor Mate, when the body says no. Work out your relationships- starting with yourself! Priority YOU!

    😉 good luck!
It is possible. Just search on Google, lots of people have reversed their hip arthritis and it is possible! (Shapefixer/dr Ken Berry/dr Doug Lucas) ❤
